Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M should only be operated by plugging into a polarized plug or grounded plug. electrical socket connected in accordance with the regulations.

Note of Power-supply Cord:

A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is provided to reduce risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:

The marked electrical rating of the detachable power supply cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance;
If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding type 3-wire cord; and
The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.

Any repair for this electrical device or its power supply should be conducted by authorized customer services personnel to avoid danger. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner.
Please contact Arzum Customer Services if it needs to be repaired. Our company shall not be liable for any malfunction that may occur due to misuse, therefore any malfunction resulting from misuse is out of warranty.
To protect against electric shock, DO NOT clean and immerse machine and power cord in water. The machine is electrically operated, avoid touching the plug with wet hands to protect against electric shock.
This appliance should be used by people who are informed, supervised and instructed to use this appliance in a safe manner and understood the risks. Do not let children to play with the appliance and cord, close adult supervision is required when the appliance is used or cleaned by children.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Household Use Only.

Do not use the appliance outdoors, always avoid to keep the machine at zero or below zero temperatures.
Use Arzum Rich Spin M ALWAYS on a hard and flat level surface. Do not place the appliance on the edge of table or countertop. Even a small impact may fall down your appliance. Remember your appliance could be filled with hot coffee.
Do not use Arzum Okka Rich Spin M on or near hot surfaces, heat resources, near a flame or fiery steam. (Ex: top of hot oven, heater, stove etc.) Do not let cord hang over edge of table or countertop and to contact other appliance.
Do not leave Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M unaccompanied and unattended during the operation.
When using your appliance for the first time, simply put water into coffee pot and operate your appliance then discard the waste water.
Do not start brewing coffee process without putting water/milk into coffee pot. There is water-secure security implementation in your appliance. In case operating without water, the appliance will shut off after a while and will not be rerun until it cools down.
Coffee pot should only be used with this appliance, do not use with any heater. (Ex: on oven, microwave oven etc.)
Serve your brewed coffee with cup, do not drink from the coffee pot.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

Always unplug Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M when the coffeemaker is not in use for a long time and/or a malfunction occurs and/or poses a danger.
While pulling the plug NEVER pull at grid cable; always pull the plug itself.
Make sure that you unplug from outlet when cleaning and maintaining the application.

USE OF MACHINE

Use your machine with coffee pot with mixer for your coffee to reach the ideal flavor. Make sure that the mixer is fully seated to avoid splashing.
Wipe the main body of your appliance clean before first use. Wipe the outside of the coffee pot with a damp cloth. For the first use, start the appliance by filling the coffee pot with water up to the MAX level and pour this water out and let the appliance cool down.
Your Arzum OKKA Rich Spin Pro Turkish Coffee Machine heats up during use, so do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance.
You can brew coffee for 1-5 people with your Arzum OKKA Rich Spin Pro Turkish Coffee Machine. The maximum capacity for the milk mode is 4 cups.
When your machine is plugged in, all lights turn on and off at the same time. Then, when you long press the on/off button on the panel, all the LEDs on the panel will blink once with a beep sound, and then the initial mode, Turkish Coffee mode, will appear brighter than the other modes.
Put enough water or milk in the coffee pot according to the number of people. Use the Arzum OKKA Rich Spin Pro measuring spoon to add the desired amount of Turkish coffee. Add the desired amount of sugar. Make sure that the mixture in the coffee pot does not exceed the Max marks inside the coffee pot. To prepare 1 cup of Turkish coffee in milk coffee mode, use half a cup of water, half a cup of milk and half a cup of Turkish coffee.
When you place the coffee pot on the power transmission base and turn the rotary knob to the desired mode position, the icon light for the selected mode will illuminate blue and the other mode lights will turn off. When the brewing process starts, the stirrer in the coffee pot will automatically stir your coffee. After the brewing process is finished, your device will give an audible warning for 5 seconds and the selected mode light will flash.
Never remove the coffee pot while brewing is in progress. When you remove the coffee pot for any reason during the brewing process, the product will give an audible warning and all function icons on the panel will turn off.
When the brewing process is finished, you can easily serve it by removing the pot. Make sure to clean the coffee pot after each use. Do not wash the outer surface of the coffee pot under the tap, wipe it with a damp cloth. NEVER wash the coffee pot in the dishwasher.

AUTO BREWING ALTITUDE DETECTION SYSTEM SETTING
Arzum OKKA Rich Spin Pro has a smart auto brewing altitude detection system that detects the ideal brewing temperature at its location and enables you to make Turkish coffee with the same flavor anywhere in the world.
The boiling point of water depends on the difference in altitude relative to sea level. Therefore, when the altitude at which your appliance is used changes, you can manually adjust the brewing point of your appliance.

Plug the appliance into the socket.
Press the On/Off button (rotary knob) on the panel.
All LEDs on the panel will flash and a double beep will sound.
Select the slow brew mode ( )by turning the rotary knob. Do not press.
Remove the coffee pot and press the rotary knob briefly.
After the beep, the LED for the Slow brew mode will start blinking, then the manual calibration mode will be active.
Pour water into the coffee pot up to the MAX level and insert the coffee pot into its slot.
Wait until the water in the coffee pot boils.
When the calibration process is finished, your device will beep for 5 seconds and the Slow brew LED light will flash.
When you remove the coffee pot from its slot, your product will beep once and all the LEDs will turn off.

BREWING TEMPERATURE SETTING
You can increase or decrease the temperature of coffee brewing as you wish, bringing it to the desired temperature.

Increasing the temperature:

Plug the product into the socket.
Press and hold the On/Off button (rotary knob).
All LEDs on the panel will flash once and a double beep will sound.•
Remove the coffee pot from its slot.
Select the Milk Coffee mode ( ) by turning the rotary knob. Do not
Remove the coffee pot from the slot.
Press the rotary knob 1 time.
After the beep, the LED for the Turkish Coffee with Milk mode will start flashing and the manual brewing temperature setting mode will be active.
You can increase the temperature by turning the rotary knob clockwise. A beep will sound each time the rotary knob is turned.
The temperature will increase by 1°C for each rotation. The maximum permissible temperature increase is 1°C.
A double beep will sound when the limit is reached.

Temperature Reduction

Plug the product into the socket.
Press and hold the On/Off button (rotary knob).
All LEDs on the panel will flash once and a double beep will sound.
Select the Milk Coffee mode( )by turning the rotary knob. Do not press.
Remove the coffee pot from the slot.
Press the rotary knob 1 time.
Coffee mode will start flashing and the manual brewing temperature setting mode will be active.
You can decrease the temperature by turning the rotary knob counterclockwise. A beep will sound each time the rotary knob is turned.
The temperature will decrease by 1°C for each rotation. The maximum permissible temperature decrease is 3°C.
A double beep will sound when the limit is reached.

BREWING (For Classic Turkish Coffee Mode)

Plug in your appliance.

To prepare 1 cup of Turkish coffee; Put 1 Arzum OKKA measuring spoon of Turkish coffee, 1 cup of water and any amount of sugar you want into the coffee pot.
Insert the coffee pot into the machine.
Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all leds on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light
Turn the rotary knob to select the Classic Turkish Coffee mode ( and press.
When any brewing mode is selected, a beep will sound and only the blue led for the selected brewing mode will remain on and the brewing process will start.
After brewing process has finished, your appliance will give warning beep for 5 seconds and the led light and ambient lighting for the selected brewing mode will flash.
After brewing process has finished, you can serve your coffee by pouring into the cup.
If you displace the coffee pot before the brewing process is over, the red colored warning light that coffee pot is not in its place and all function lights will flash and your appliance will give a warning sound and finish the brewing process.

If the coffee pot is put back after being removed, the brewing process will not continue. and finish the brewing process.

BREWING (For Slow Brew Mode)

Plug in your appliance.
Press and hold the On/Off button (rotary knob) on the panel.
Note: Pay attention not to exceed water-coffee-sugar mixture beyond the MAX COFFEE level line in the coffee pot as the size of cups you are using may differ.
To prepare 1 cup of Turkish coffee; Put 1 Arzum OKKA measuring spoon of Turkish coffee,
1 cup of water and any amount of sugar you want into the coffee pot.
Insert the coffee pot into the machine.
Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all leds on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light
Turn the rotary knob to select the Slow Brew mode ( ) and press.
When any brewing mode is selected, a beep will sound and only the blue led for the selected brewing mode will remain on and the brewing process will start.
After brewing process has finished, your appliance will give warning beep for 5 seconds and the led light and ambient lighting for the selected brewing mode will flash.
After brewing process has finished, you can serve your coffee by pouring into the cup.

BREWING (For Turkish Coffee with Milk Mode)

Plug in your appliance.
Press and hold the On/Off button (rotary knob) on the panel.
Note: In Turkish Coffee with Milk mode, your device can prepare coffee for up to 4 people at the same time. Pay attention not to exceed watermilk- coffee- sugar mixture beyond the MAX MILK level line in the coffee pot as the size of cups you are using may differ.
To prepare 1 cup of Turkish coffee with milk; put 1/2 Arzum OKKA measuring spoon of Turkish coffee, half a cup of water, half a cup of milk and the desired amount of sugar into the coffee pot.
Insert the coffee pot into the machine. Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all leads on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light
Turn the rotary knob to select the Turkish Coffee with Milk mode( ) and press.
When any brewing mode is selected, a beep will sound and only the blue led for the selected brewing mode will remain on and the brewing process will start.
After brewing process has finished, your appliance will give warning beep for 5 seconds and the LED light and ambient lighting for the selected brewing mode will flash.
After brewing process has finished, you can serve your coffee by pouring into the cup.

BREWING (For Hot Choco Mode)

In Hot Choco mode, it is recommended to use 20 g dark/milk tablet chocolate and 200 ml milk.

Plug in your appliance.
Press and hold the On/Off button (rotary knob) on the panel.
Note: Pay attention not to exceed water-milk-sugar mixture or milk mixture beyond the 200 ML level line in the coffee pot as the size of cups you are using may differ.
Insert the coffee pot into the machine.
Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all LEDs on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light
Turn the rotary knob to select the Hot Choco mode( ) and press. and press.
When any brewing mode is selected, a beep will sound and only the blue led for the selected brewing mode will remain on and the brewing process will start.
After brewing process has finished, your appliance will give warning beep for 5 seconds and the LED light and ambient lighting for the selected brewing mode will flash.
After the brewing process has finished, you can serve your beverage by pouring into the cup.

Plug in your appliance.
Press and hold the On/Off button (rotary knob) on the panel.
Note: Pay attention not to exceed water-milk-coffee-sugar mixture or milk mixture beyond the 200 ML level line in the coffee pot as the size of cups you are using may differ.
In Milk Coffee Mode, your appliance can prepare up to 4 drinks at a time.
Insert the coffee pot into the machine. Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all LEDs on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light
Turn the rotary knob to select the Beverages with Milk mode ( ) and press.
When any brewing mode is selected, a beep will sound and only the blue led for the selected brewing mode will remain on and the brewing process will start.
After brewing process has finished, your appliance will give warning beep for 5 seconds and the LED light and ambient lighting for the selected brewing mode will flash.
After brewing process has finished, you can serve your beverage by pouring into the cup.

MILK WARMING

To warm the milk

Plug in your appliance.
Press and hold the On/Off button (rotary knob) on the panel.
Note: Pay attention not to exceed amount of milk beyond the MILK level line in the coffee pot as the size of cups you are using may differ.
Insert the coffee pot into the machine.
Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all LEDs on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light
Turn the rotary knob to select the Milk Warming mode ( ) and press.
When any brewing mode is selected, a beep will sound and only the blue led for the selected brewing mode will remain on and the brewing process will start.
After warming process has finished, your appliance will give warning beep for 5 seconds and the LED light and ambient lighting for the selected brewing mode will flash.
After the warming process is over, pour the milk into a glass and serve.
If you displace the coffee pot before the warming process is over, the red colored warning light that coffee pot is not in its place and all function lights will flash and your appliance will give a warning sound and finish the warming process.

If the coffee pot is put back after being removed, the warming process will not continue.

MILK FROTHING (Hot or Cold)

Plug in your appliance.
Press and hold the On/Off button (rotary knob) on the panel.
Note: Pay attention not to exceed amount of milk beyond the 120 ML level line in the coffee pot as the size of cups you are using may differ.
Insert the coffee pot into the machine.
Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all LEDs on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light
For cold milk frothing;
Turn the rotary knob to select the Cold Milk Frothing mode ( ) and press.
For hot milk frothing;
Turn the rotary knob to select the Hot Milk Frothing mode ( ) and press.
When any brewing mode is selected, a beep will sound and only the blue led for the selected brewing mode will remain on and the brewing process will start.
After warming process has finished, your appliance will give warning beep for 5 seconds and the LED light and ambient lighting for the selected brewing mode will flash.
After the frothing process is over, pour the milk into a glass and serve.
If you displace the coffee pot before the frothing process is over, the red colored warning light that coffee pot is not in its place and all function lights will flash and your appliance will give a warning sound and finish the warming process.

If the coffee pot is put back after being removed, the warming process will not continue.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Please, unplug your appliance from outlet before cleaning. Pour some water into the coffee pot and shake it.

NEVER clean the coffee pot by immersing it in water or washing it in the dishwasher.
Wipe the main body of your appliance, including the energy transmission base outside the coffee pot, only with a dry or damp cloth, NEVER clean it by immersing it in water or washing it in the dishwasher.

Do not clean any accessories of your machine using harsh and chemical cleaners (bleach, salt spirit, etc.) other than the cleaners used for this type of equipment. Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal objects, scratching hard sponges, wire cleaners or hard brushes to clean the appliance.

Cleaning Suggestion After Preparing Turkish Coffee with Milk and Beverages with Milk
You can also brew milky beverages such as milk coffee, hot chocolate and salep in our product. After brewing such beverages, rinse the coffee pot with water. The coffee pot rinsed with water will cool down a bit.
Then remove the stirring apparatus inside and wipe the inside of the coffee pot with the cleaning brush provided with your device or with a soft material such as a dishwashing sponge or cloth to easily clean the residue without using chemicals such as detergents.
You may wash the removed mixing apparatus under the tap. Put the cleaned apparatus back to its place and make the product ready for use. Make sure that the apparatus is fully seated. If it is not fully seated, it may cause splashing.
The cleaning of the residue/crust part will vary according to the material used, the amount of material, and the waiting time after brewing.

Removing Calcification
Lime inside the water used in time may pile up inside the coffee pot and thus may reduce the performance of your appliance.

You can clean the coffee pot of your appliance with decalcifying products specially designed for electric kitchen appliances or try eco-friendly solutions such as white vinegar.
To clean the coffee pot of your appliance with white vinegar; add enough white vinegar to the appliance to cover the bottom of the coffee pot and leave it for 1 hour, then drain the vinegar and rinse the coffee pot 2-3 times with clean water.

HANDLING AND SHIPMENT

Your device should be kept in its original box to prevent damage to its components during handling and shipping.
Keep the product in its normal position during handling.
Do not drop your device during shipping and protect against impacts.
Failures and damages during shipping after the delivery of the product to the customer are not covered by the warranty.

GUARANTEE

Arzum guarantees its products for a period three years after the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this three-years guarante period, Arzum will repair or replace the product at its expense.
Arzum will only pay for repair or replacement if convincing proof is provided, for instance by means of a receipt, that the day on which service is claimed is within the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover products and/or product parts that are subject to wear, that can be considered as consumable parts by their nature or that are made of glass.
The guarantee is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance (e.g. parts blocked by scale) or if alterations or repairs have been carried out by persons not authorised by Arzum.
For the appliance to be used correctly , the user should strictly adhere to all instructions included in the instructions for use and should abstain from any actions or uses that are described as undesired or which are warned against in the instructions for use.

Important: guarantee restrictions for certain products and materials.
For some products, the guarantee may be subject to certain restrictions, for instance as a result of the type of material used. Guarantee restrictions, if any can be found under the heading of the directons for use.
These guarantee restrictions do not affect your statutory rights.

Service
Service during and after the guarantee period can be obtained in all countries where the product is officially distributed by Arzum. In countries where the product is not distrubuted by Arzum, service is provided by the national Arzum organisation. In this case there may be some delay if required spare parts are not avaiable. Turn to your dealer or an authorised Arzum service center for service. Contact the Consumer Care Centre in your country in you need more information or if you have problems obtaning service.
