Wiring diagram
Lock connection:
Connect lock directly to terminals LOCK- and LOCK+ on the back of the intercom
door station. For wiring, refer to the label on the back of the intercom door
station.
Note:
To ensure that the electric strike plate or lock can be unlocked by the door
station, you should meet the following two conditions:
- The electric strike plate or lock that you order must have a mechanical memory.
- The power supply to the electric strike plate or lock must not exceed 12V/0.7A .
If the power supply to the electric strike plate or lock exceeds 12V/0. 7 A, it is necessary to connect an external 12V power supply according to the diagram A, or diagram B – in this case.
- The external power supply must be matched to the door opener.
- The door opener is limited to 30V, the current consumption may be a maximum of 4A.
- This door opener is activated via the “ ]” on the monitor.
Wiegand controller wiring
To connect the wiegand controller, connect the wires of the wiegand controller
to terminals INPUT 2, GND, WG0 and WG1 on the back of the door station. Ports
on Wiegand controllers are detailed in the corresponding product
specifications.
Door contact wiring
To connect the door contact, connect the wires to terminals INPUT 1 and GND on
the back of the door station.
Exit button wiring
To connect the exit button, connect the wires to terminals INPUT 2 and GND on
the back of the door station.
Note: When connect the wiegand controller, the exit button is connect to
the controller.
Ringbell wiring
To connect the ringbell, connect the RING NO port of the door station to the
negative terminal of the ringbell, the RING COM port to the negative terminal
of the 12V power supply, and connect the positive terminal of the 12V power
supply to the positive terminal of the ringbell.

Installation guide
- Drill screw and cable holes according to the wall bracket.
- Secure the wall bracket on the wall with 2 fixing screws according to the screw holes.
- Install the rain cover on the wall bracket.
- Install the door station to the wall bracket.
- Fix the device on the wall bracket with the machine screw.
Remark : Apply silica gel to gaps between the device and the wall. Liquid sodium silicate is recommended.
Connect wireless doorbell
Please refer to the steps below to connect the door station and wireless
chime:
- Step 1 : Connect the wireless (RF433) chime to power.
- Step 2 : Press and hold the pairing button on the chime until the music icon lights up.
- Step 3 : Press the call button on the door station.
The chime will emit a sound to indicate that it has been paired with the door station.
Once the door station and wireless (RF433) chime are paired, they will automatically connect whenever the door station is pressed.
To unbind the wireless doorbell: Press and hold Volume button until plug
into household socket for 5~10 seconds to erase all pairing memory, when Plug-
in Chime LED indicator long light up that means setting successfully, thus
program returns to default.
Note: Different chimes may have varying pairing methods. Please refer to
the product manual for details.
Device basic configuration
Card management
IMPORTANT
After the door station is switched on for the first time, short press the
“RESET” button. The button light will blink and the speaker will beep. When
you swipe an RFID card, a beep will confirm successful authorization as a
master card. The master card cannot unlock the door but is necessary for
adding or removing user cards. Keep it safe for future use.
User card registration
Swipe the master card 1 time, then swipe another RFID card, this will be added
as a user card. You can continue to swipe other RFID cards to add more user
cards. Swipe the added user card again to exit the setting mode when you’re
done.
Deleting master and user cards
- Swipe the master card 4 times in a row, and all user cards and the master card will be deleted, the button backlight will keep blinking and the loudspeaker keeps the beep sound again.
- If the master card is lost, pressing the “RESET” button on the rear side can also delete the master card and all user cards.
Note
- You can register up to 1000 user cards with the door station.
- The card reading distance is less than 2cm.
- The door station will exit from setting mode automatically when there is no operation in 30 seconds.
RFID unlock
To unlock the door: In standby mode, when a valid card is swiped, the lock
will open for 5 seconds by default
To open the gate: Use the monitor or smartphone APP.
Wiegand controller
- The door station can only be used as a Wiegand card reader. The lock is controlled by the Wiegand manager device.
- To enable indoor monitor or app unlocking control, a card registered on the Wiegand manager device needs to be registered as a manager card. This management card cannot be used as a user card to open the door.
- For the first use, the buzzer will sound continuously. The user swipes any Wiegand device registered card on the door station, and upon hearing a beep, it indicates successful card registration and waits for 30 seconds before exiting the card reading mode.
Note : If the door station has registered the management card before connecting the Wiegand manager device, you need to reset the door station and then follow the above steps.
APP configuration
Install the APP
Search for TuyaSmart in the app store of your phone and install it.
Apply account
After the installation is completed, open the app, apply an account and log
in.

Remark
- Before configuring, please make sure all devices are in the same IP segment.
- When the door station is connected with a cable, the button backlight will flash red. Once connected successfully, the red flashing will stop.
- If the door station is connected via WiFi, the button backlight will flash blue. Once connected successfully, the blue flashing will stop. Ensure that the WiFi signal strength is at least 60% for the app to function correctly.
- To switch from a wired connection to WiFi, unbind the door station first, unplug the cable, and the door station will restart. After the restart, bind the mobile again.
- To switch from WiFi to a wired connection, simply connect the door station to the router using a cable.
Elements of a mobile application
The following options are available on the screen: image quality, mute
speaker, maximize screen, enter the Settings menu, and connection signal
strength. Save photos and record videos.
Talk and listen mode
If you are not in the app, when a call comes in from the monitor panel with a
call forwarding to your phone, a push notification will appear on your
smartphone, and clicking on it will open a window with the visitor’s video. If
you are in the app and a call is in progress, you can answer the call by
pressing the button.
In the window that opens, click on the icon – , to start a talk. By clicking
on the icon , you can turn on or off the speaker on the door station (where
the visitor is located). To end
the talk, click on the icon – , again or close the application.
In talk mode, you can change the video quality, take a photo of the visitor,
shoot videos, open doors or gates (administrator rights), or switch between
video channels.
Note:
The quality of the connection depends on the quality of the connection between
the door station and the router. Should also take into account the congestion
of the Wi-Fi network in the place where the router and door station are
installed. In addition, the internet in phone must be at least 4G.
Add user
All members of your family can use the device.
Important! The new user must install and register in the app.
Add a family member
To grant full access to a user, you need to create a home and add the user to
this home. After successful addition, the new user can use all devices
connected to your home.
- Go to the home manager
- Click on my house and create your own home name
- Go to the created home
- Add a family member and select app account
- Create a name for the family member and enter their account
- After adding – the new family member must accept the entry in their mobile application
Add a user to a specific device
After successful addition, the new user will be able to use only the device to
which access has been granted.
In the viewing mode, enter the settings menu – select Share device – select
Share with the account – enter the APP account of the new user
Remove the device
Enter the Tuya Smart app to remove the device. Press and hold the device you
wish to remove on the main page select Remove Device Click Confirm in the pop-
up window – Done.
Personalized configuration
There are some parameters of the door station can be personalized configured
through the indoor monitor, product configuration tool or web page.
Configure the indoor monitor
Add the door station to the indoor monitor
When monitor and the door station are connected as wiring diagram, the door
station and monitor will be automatically connected {this will happen 1-2
minutes after power is applied)
Add manually
After connected all devices according to the system wiring diagram and powered
on, add the door station to the indoor monitor as following steps:

Step 1: Click in the main interface of indoor monitor to enter setting interface Click Click CONFIGURATION Click ADD NEW DEVICES to enter DEVICE MANAGEMENT interface as picture 3.

Step 2: Click on the door station IP address column or which to be added in the device
list. -
Step 3: After successfully adding the device address, the device address will be showed on the right as picture 4.
Remark:
Please make sure monitor and door station are in the same local area network
. Channel administration
Click in the main interface of indoor monitor, then click on the left to enter
the setting interface of door station, then you can set related items
accordingly.

NO / NC| Door sensor can be connected to detect the open/closed state of the
door. When the door is opened, **** will be displayed on the
indoor monitor and app.

Configuring the door station to NVR
Before configuring, please make sure all devices are in the same IP segment
and the compatibility between the door station and NVR.
To add the door station to a NVR, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open and view RTSP video stream
- Please access the DEVICE MANAGEMENT menu on the indoor monitor and enter the RTSP settings as in pictures 3 and 4.
- The default password is admin123, users need to change to their own password, click YES to save.
- The user can add the door station to the NVR through the Mainstream and SubStream addresses of the door station, as shown in the picture 3.
Remark: Unbind the door station or resetting the door station to resume the factory default password.
Step 2 : Configure door station to NVR
- Enter the “Door Station Management” page on the NVR. This page may have different names on different brands of NVR.
- Input the IP address, port number, username and password of the door station.
- Configure any channel, stream type, resolution and frame rate settings you want for the door station.
- After the addition is successful, the NVR and the door station are successfully bound. door station can be monitored and managed in real time on the NVR.

Wiring
Configure steps
After connecting, you can configure the door station with the Digital Tools
provided in this manual. The detailed steps are as follows:

Right-click on the mouse and run the Digital Tools as an administrator.

Click Refresh, the middle of the screen will display the IP address and firmware version of door station.

Left-click on ED007BICW and select Device config on the right (as picture1) to enter the device config interface of the door station as picture 2, then you can configure Unlock time / Gate time/ Panel sound time I Ding dong time of chime/ Brightness/ Contrast/Saturation/ Video compressed standard.
Remark: When you modified Video compression standard, there will be a window pop up as picture 3, click Yes, the door station will automatically reboot. After the door station reboot successfully, click Refresh and then click Device Config to check if the parameters have been successfully modified. -
Click Confirm at the bottom, it will pop up Config Success, indicating that the parameters have been successfully modified.

Left-click ED007BICW, then click Card Manage on the right. You can register user cards by swipe cards on a card reader connect to the computer. You can also delete user cards, backup all files or download the card message to the door station.

Left-click ED007BICW, then click IP Config on the right and uncheck DHCP, you can modify the IP address of the door station, and then click Confirm. The IP address is modified successfully.
Web configuration
View the IP address
View via indoor monitor
Enter the settings interface of the monitor and click ADD NEW DEVICES. The IP
address of the door station will be displayed in the list.
View via digital tool
Run the Digital Tools tool as an administrator on the computer, click Refresh,
and the IP address of the door station will be displayed in the list.
Login to the web page
- Open the browser and enter the IP address of the door station.
- Click Enter on your keyboard to enter the login page.
- Input Username and Password.
- Click Login to enter the web page of the door station.
Note : Username: admin Default password: admin123 Image config
Click Image config to enter the image config interface of the door station, you can config Brightness/ Contrast I Saturation / Night Vision according to your needs.
Remark
Default: Reset the parameters of door station to default.
Refresh: Refresh the parameters and images of door station.
Confirm: Save configured parameters into door station.
System config
Click System config to enter the system config interface of the door station,
you can config Door unlock time / Gate unlock time / Door station ringtone
duration / Ringbell ringtone duration / Video compression standard / Door
sensor I Wiegand output.
Network config
Click Network config to enter the network config interface of the door
station, you can config ONVIF / DHCP. After turned on ONVIF, the door station
can be added to NVR. After DHCP is turned off, you can change the Local IP/
Subnet mask/ Gateway of the door station.
Note: The door station and NVR need to be in the same IP segment.
System info
Click System info to enter the system info interface of the door station.
