WHAT IS JUPITER?
Jupiter is a home-use LED light device that combines all of the latest technologies in luxury skincare and medical devices in one easy-to-use device.
Designed by plastic surgeons and dermatologists, this product provides easy
and accessible quality skin care treatments; all from the comfort of your
home. Jupiter offers 2 modes of treatment- a blue and a red infrared
wavelength that work to protect your skin for the long term. Both treatments
can be used on your face and neck.
Jupiter is rechargeable and travel-friendly, meaning that it provides powerful
results wherever you are, allowing you to receive your LED light treatments
from the comfort of your own home.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
LED therapy is a non-invasive treatment that utilizes light at precise wavelengths to penetrate the skin’s surface without causing any damage. The light stimulates natural chemical reactions in the skin cells, triggering the rejuvenation and healing processes. Developed by leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists, Jupiter is a home-use LED light device that effectively addresses a plethora of various skin concerns via its 2 available modes of treatment:

The blue light setting is designed to improve skin texture and reduce sebaceous hyperplasia (enlarged oil glands). It can help with reducing the appearance of actinic keratoses (sun spots), acne, and even acne scarring.
The blue light treatment is accompanied by freezing technology.
Via this technology, the surface of the device, or “the probe,” will cool down to 7°C. This cooling effect tightens pores, slows blood circulation, eases inflammation, helps kill the P. bacteria on the skin’s surface, and can be used in tandem with other products as part of an acne treatment plan. -
The red light setting is designed to reduce signs of aging by assisting in the reproduction of cells, collagen, and fiber and reaches the hypodermic level, the deepest and thickest layer of the skin. The red light treatment is accompanied by heating technology.
During treatment, the surface of the device, or “the probe” will heat up to 40°C, providing topical heat to open up the pores and increase blood flow to the treatment area. This innovative treatment combines two cutting edge anti- aging therapies – light and heat – for rapid and enduring effects to produce fast and long-lasting results.

COMPLIANCE
All Spacetouch LED devices are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and comply with the international standard of basic safety for medical devices IEC 60601 and with the relevant collateral and particular standards for non-laser light source medical equipment for home use IEC 60825-1 and IEC 62471 Photobiological Safety of Lamps and Lamp Systems. Spacetouch devices also conform to the application of risk management to medical devices ISO 14971, and biological evaluation of medical devices in tests for invitro cytotoxicity ISO 10993-5 and irritation and skin sensitization ISO 10993-10.

HOW TO USE JUPITER
TURNING THE DEVICE ON
To turn Jupiter on, hold the device’s button down until the device’s lights
turn red. To switch to the blue mode, or to switch between modes give a short
tap to the button.
To turn the device off, hold the button down until the lights turn off.
USING THE DEVICE
You can use the device morning or night
- whichever you prefer! Use the device on the face and neck areas, in circular movements. During the blue light treatment, you may hear the sound of an internal fan, do not be concerned this is expected as part of the freezing process. A single treatment lasts for 8 minutes and the device will turn off once the treatment is complete. You can do multiple treatments on different areas of the face. It is recommended to use Jupiter daily for the first 30 days, and then once a week.
Finish with your favorite moisturizer or serum for maximum results. To clean the device, wipe off the top with a damp cloth or alcohol.
CHARGING THE DEVICE
Connect the charging dock to power via the cable that came in your box.
Only use the original cable provided as other cables may damage the device.
Now that your charging dock is set up, place Jupiter on the charging dock to
charge the device. When your device is fully charged, the device will beep 3
times and the lights on the device will turn off, indicating that it is now
ready for use.
Charging the device can take up to 3 hours.
CONTRAINDICATIONS, WARNINGS, AND PRECAUTIONS
CONTRAINDICATIONS
DO NOT use the device if you are pregnant.
DO NOT use the device while showering, bathing, or swimming.
DO NOT drop the device or subject it to excessive force.
DO NOT continue to use the device if you develop a skin irritation;
consult a doctor if skin irritation persists.
DO NOT use the device if you suffer from Lupus Eratosthenes, Albinism,
photosensitive disorders, photosensitive eczema, or any medications that can
cause photo sensitivity unless you have consulted with a doctor. LED lights
can cause severe skin reactions for the conditions listed.
DO NOT use the device if you suspect that it is damaged or needs repair.
Instead, contact Space touch for a replacement.
WARNINGS
DO NOT use the device without removing all skincare products and/or
makeup prior to treatment. Some ingredients in these products may cause light
sensitization or reduce the efficiency of the treatment.
DO NOT tamper with or attempt to modify the device in any way. Modifying
any Spacetouch device will result in a voided warranty.
DO NOT continue using the device if it begins to overheat or feel
uncomfortably warm on your skin, turn off it immediately and contact customer
support.
DO NOT continue using the device if you encounter prolonged skin redness
or discomfort that lasts for more than 2 hours after treatment. This could be
due to light sensitivity or another condition.
Please consult your doctor for advice.
PRECAUTIONS
Before using the Jupiter device, we highly recommend that you conduct a light sensitization test. Stop using the device if you experience any adverse effects from the treatment and consult with your doctor if you have any concerns about the product and/or treatment.
LIGHT SENSITIVITY TEST
Step 1: Power the device and place it on your clean face.
Step 2: Use the device for one round of treatment- this should take 8
minutes.
The device will turn off once the treatment is complete. At any point, if you
experience uncomfortable heat or discomfort, stop using the device
immediately.
Step 3: Wait for 24 hours before using the device again. If you
experience pain, discomfort, or redness that lasts for more than 2 hours,
please consult a doctor for advice as you might have light sensitivity.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The lifetime warranty for Spacetouch devices guarantees coverage for
manufacturing defects. To activate the warranty, you must register your device
on our website, www.spacetouch.com, within 7 days
of receiving the order.
Failure to register the device correctly and timely will invalidate the
warranty.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by intentional or
unintended misuse, use of the device for purposes other than its intended use,
or any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Certain restrictions may apply.
