Safety Instructions
Use
- Do not use the product near a heat source, such as a fire source or a heating furnace, and avoid direct exposure to the sunlight.
- Strictly comply with the ambient temperature for use in this user manual when using this product.If the temperature is too high, the battery may catch fire or even explode. If the temperature is too low, the product performance will be so seriously degraded that it is even unable to fulfill the normal usage.
- If the product catches fire by accident, we recommend that you use the fire extinguishers in the following order:water or water mist, sand, fire blanket, dry powder, and carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.
- Keep the product away from any liquid strictly.Do not wet the product, and try to avoid working in a wet location.
- If the product is wet inside or it falls into water by accident, please immediately stop using the product and turn off the power supply, and place it in a safe open area.Stay away from the product before it is dried. Please take measures to prevent electric shock when touching it. Do not operate or discard the dry product without authorization. Please contact the customer service to dispose of it properly.
- If there are stains on the ports of the product, clean it with a dry cloth.
- It is strictly forbidden to use this product in environments with strong static electricity or magnetic fields (such as thunderstorm).
- Do not place the product where the air pressure is extremely low. Otherwise explosion or leakage of flammable liquids or gases may be caused.
- It is forbidden to pile up heavy objects on the product.
- Please store the product in a dry and ventilated space.
- Please keep the product out of the reach of children and pets.
- For long-term storage, please discharge and then charge the product every three months (discharge it to 0% first, and then charge it to 30%-50% for long-term storage). The product will not be covered by the warranty if it is not charged or discharged for more than 6 months.
- The operating products with electrical power will inevitably generate electromagnetic fields. These electromagnetic fields may affect the normal functioning of implantable medical devices or personal medical devices, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, defibrillators and so on.If you are using these medical devices, please consult the manufacturers about the restrictions on the use of relevant devices to ensure that a sufficient safety distance is maintained between the product and the implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, defibrillators and so on) during operation.
- Do not disassemble the product in any way or pierce it with sharp objects.
- Do not contact the product port with wires or other metal objects.Please do not wear any metal jewelry when plugging/unplugging the power cord to avoid short circuit.
- During the operation or transportation of the product, please avoid impact, falling and violent vibration.In case of strong external impact, please immediately stop using the product and turn off the power supply.
- If the battery pack has severe bulges, please stop using it, and properly dispose of it according to the method in Article 2 of [Disposal].
- If the case of the product falls off, the inside is exposed or other conditions arise, please stop using it. Contact the manufacturer, dealer or qualified electrical engineer for repair and replacement.
- Do not use unofficial wire stock or accessories since they will void your warranty.If they need to be replaced, please search for information about purchase through the official distribution channels of EcoFlow.
Disposal
- If the right conditions are met, be sure to completely discharge the product battery before placing the product in the designated battery recycling bin.This product contains batteries, which are hazardous chemicals not to be discarded into ordinary trash bins.For details, follow the local battery recycling and disposal laws and regulations.
- If the battery cannot be completely discharged due to product failure, do not discard the battery directly into the battery recycling bin, and contact a professional battery recycling company for further disposal.
- The battery cannot be restarted after being over-discharged. Please dispose of it as waste.

Power On/Off
After the battery pack is connected to Wave 2, turn on/off the power supply of
Wave 2 to power on/off the battery pack synchronously. If the battery pack is
connected to another output device (for example, charging the mobile phone
through the USB port), forced power-off through Wave 2 is inoperable now.

Installation
- Align the connecting positions

- Press and hold the unlock button, and slide it backward
- Remove Wave 2
Charging with USB Port
After the battery pack is started, the device can be charged through the USB
port.
Charging Battery Pack
A variety of charging methods are supported by this product. The battery pack
can be charged with household outlets, add-on batteries, portable power
stations, cars, solar panels and so on. Except charging with the portable
power station, other charging methods can only be used after the battery pack
is connected to Wave 2 to avoid product damage caused by voltage mismatch.
Refer to Wave 2 User Manual for more requirements of electrical parameters.

It is recommended to power off Wave 2 when charging the battery pack for higher charging efficiency.

Care and Maintenance
- Use or store this product within the range of ambient temperature from 20°C to 45°C, and keep this product away from water sources, heat sources, and metal objects.
- For long-term storage, please recharge the product every three months (discharge it to 0% first, and then charge it to 60% for long-term storage). If the battery has been idle for a long time when the power is seriously insufficient, it will cause irreversible damage to the battery cells. The product will not be covered by the warranty if it is not charged or discharged for more than 6 months.
- For safety, please do not store the product in ambient temperature higher than 45°C or lower than -10°C for a long time.
- If the power level of the product is 0% after use, charge it to 50% before storage. Reduce the service life of the product.
- If the product has been idle for too long and the power level is 0%, it will enter a deep sleep protection mode. In such case, please charge the product before using it again.
