Riding Your Rocker
Stay relaxed and step on quickly, confidently and evenly. Imagine climbing
stairs, one foot, then the other. Look up once your feet are even. The Rocker
may vibrate or spin in one direction, if weight and pressure are applied to
only one foot mat. THIS IS NORMAL.
Charging Your Rocker
Calibration
- Place the Rocker on a flat surface.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for a total of 15 seconds.
- The Rocker will turn on, lighting the battery indicator on the board.
- After the light flashes 5 tirnes, release the ON/OFF button
- Turn the board off and then back on. The calibration will now be complete.
IMPORTANT
Retain this card, a copy of your receipt and your 23 digit serial number for
your records
