Product Usage Instructions
- Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials and check for all parts.
- Wipe down the interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
- Wash the basket and basket rack with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Preset Function Chart:
- Refer to the chart for default time, temperature, and shake light reminders for different food items.
- How to Cook in the Air Fryer
- Place the air fryer on a flat surface with proper clearance.
- Lower the rack into the basket with arrows pointing to the handle.
- Put food in the basket below the MAX line and slide it into the air fryer.
- Set time and temperature or choose a preset, then press START.
- Follow instructions to shake or flip food during cooking. Remove the basket when done.

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging materials, and check to ensure that all parts and accessories are accounted for. Read and remove any stickers (except for the rating label on the bottom, which should remain on the unit).
- Wipe down the interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
- Wash the basket and basket rack with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.

HOW TO COOK IN THE AIR FRYER
- STEP 1
- Set the air fryer on a hard, flat surface with at least 6 inches of clearance on top and in the back for proper airflow. Plug the air fryer in.
- CAUTION: Never place the unit on a stovetop, even if off, as that creates a fire risk.
- STEP 2
- Lower the rack into the basket with one set of arrows pointing to the handle. Press down on the rack to ensure it is secure and level.
- STEP 3
- Put food on the rack no higher than the MAX line, then slide the basket into the air fryer.
- CAUTION: Never fill the basket with oil.
- STEP 4
- Set the time and temperature as desired (or choose a preset), then press START.
- STEP 5
- During cooking, the SHAKE light will come on. Shake or flip foods if desired.
- When the timer is done, remove the basket and serve.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely.
- Wash the basket (including the window) and rack with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry well with a towel for best results. The basket and rack are also top-rack dishwasher safe. Do not use window cleaner on the window.
- Wipe down the outside and the inside of the unit with a damp cloth as needed. Do not put the unit in the dishwasher or submerge it in water or any other liquid.
- Do not use abrasive cleansers on the basket, rack, exterior, or interior. Doing so could damage the finishes.
