BREEO X Series Patio Fire Pit Set Table
Product Specifications

Product Usage Instructions
- A second person/helper is recommended.
- Remove the outer box, bag, and zip ties.
- Locate and save the small bag with the included shelf pins.
- Use a square-head screwdriver to remove the plates holding the table to the shipping pallet.
- Remove the table from the shipping pallet. (At least two people are recommended as the table weighs 120 lbs)
- Remove the shelf from the bottom of the table compartment.
- Install the back 2 shelf pins in the desired holes for shelf placement.
- Holding the shelf with the front edge down, insert the shelf into the cabinet one end at a time.
- Place the back edge of the shelf onto the installed shelf pins.
- Hold the front of the shelf up and install the front 2 shelf pins at the same level as the rear pins.
- Ensure the shelf sits level and secure.
FAQ
- Q: Can I use the table as a cutting board?
- A: No, it is not recommended to use the top of the table as a cutting board to prevent damage.
- Q: How should I clean the table?
- A: Clean the table with hot water and dish soap. Power washing is also an option for cleaning.
HOW TO USE THE X SERIES TABLE
GETTING STARTED
- A second person/helper is recommended.
- Remove the outer box, bag and zip ties.
- Locate and save the small bag with the included shelf pins.
- Use a square-head screwdriver to remove the plates holding the table to the shipping pallet.
- Remove the table from the shipping pallet. (At least two people are recommended to weigh 120 lbs)
INSTALL SHELF
- Remove the shelf from the bottom of the table compartment.
- Install the back 2 shelf pins in the desired holes for shelf placement.
- Holding the shelf with the front edge down, insert the shelf into the cabinet one end at a time.
- Place the back edge of the shelf onto the installed shelf pins.
- Hold the front of the shelf up and install the front 2 shelf pins at the same level as the rear pins.
- Make sure the shelf sits level and secure.
FINISH SETTING UP
- Get a helper and carefully move to the desired location.
- Adjust feet by rotating in or out to level & stabilize the table.
- Make sure the table is stable so that stored items stay in place.
- Use the opening in the back of the table to store your SearPlate Griddle.
- Use the metal shelf in the back for Lid storage when the fire pit is in use.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
- Do not allow any hot accessories to make contact with any of the Poly or HPDE components.
- Do not use the top of the table as a cutting board.
- Make sure feet are adjusted to stabilize the table to avoid any rocking.
CARE & USE
- Clean the table with hot water and dish soap.
- The entire table can be power washed if desired.
Warranty
Warranty Term: Breeo, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the X Series
Table is free from workmanship and material defects for twenty (20) years from
the invoice/receipt date. Welds, joints, and hardware are warranted to not
break or crack for five (5) years of residential use.
This product is covered by this limited warranty. Breeo, LLC’s liability and
obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the product at their
discretion free of charge, excluding any applicable shipping and handling
fees. If the product being warranted has been discontinued, the replacement
product will be of equal or similar value. Altering any Breeo product, or
using the product in any way other than the intended use, will void this
warranty. Except as provided above, no warranty is offered on the wear and
tear of the Table.
Claim Process: The purchaser must provide Breeo, LLC with an invoice/receipt
of purchase and photos of the product’s defects for evaluation. Claims must be
submitted within twenty (20) years from the invoice/receipt date. Upon
approval of claim, Breeo, LLC will issue a return for repair, or return for
exchange of the defective product free of charge, excluding any applicable
shipping and handling fees.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or product failure caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accident, misuse, negligence, tampering, modifications, act of war, overloading
- Improper attachment, improper maintenance, or failure to maintain.
Breeo, LLC is held harmless for any injury or death caused by the misuse of
this product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by proper or improper
use of our products to any surrounding surfaces, structures, or furnishings.
Notice: This warranty gives you specific legal rights providing said product
is put to its proper designated use.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ORAL AGREEMENT, GUARANTEE, PROMISE, REPRESENTATION OR
WARRANTY SHALL BE BINDING. IN NO EVENT WILL BREEO, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF BREEO, LLC HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF BREEO, LLC HAS
KNOWLEDGE THAT FAILURE TO PERFORM COULD CAUSE CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC LOSSES.
IN ANY EVENT, CUMULATIVE DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY WILL BE LIMITED
TO THE AMOUNT PAID TO BREEO, LLC FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL APPLY
TO ALL ACTIONS RELATED TO THE PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED ON TORT, CONTRACT OR
OTHER THEORIES. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS PARAGRAPH ALLOCATES THE
RISK OF PRODUCT FAILURE BETWEEN BREEO, LLC AND THE PURCHASER AND THAT THIS
ALLOCATION IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE PAID.
