The Feet Retreat Heating Pad is ideal for use in the home or office. The subtle heat will instantly warm your feet, keeping you comfortable while you relax or work.
For best results, Feet Retreat is designed to be used while wearing socks.

Instructions

Feet Retreat pads are for indoor use only.
Place the pad on a stable, flat, dry surface. Make sure the pad lays flat before use. When you take the pad out of the box, it may take a few minutes to lay flat. Turning on the mat will help it lay flat quickly. Insert the power cord into a standard 120V outlet. Turn on the pad with the footswitch.

Important Warnings

• Fire or electric shock may result from improper use.
• Make sure the surface under the heat pad is free of sharp points or objects that might puncture the pad.
• Do not use a pad when rolled or folded.
• Do not cover the heat pad with any type of insulating material.
• Do not use the heat pad if it shows any signs of deterioration such as cracking, melting, or discoloration.
• Keep the surface of the heat pad clean and free of debris.
• Disconnect the heat pad from electrical power before cleaning the heat pad.
• Do not pick up the heat pad by the electrical cord as it may cause damage to the heat mat.
• Do not step on the heat pad with sharp-pointed heels.
• If using the heat pad under your desk, do not roll or place your chair on the pad. For feet only.

Limited Warranty

Feet Retreat™ 12 Month Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

What the warranty covers:
HeatTrak warrants this product to the original purchaser against defective material and workmanship that occurs during normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase. At the company’s option, HeatTrak will either repair or replace the product with the same product free of charge during the warranty period. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product only and does not include personal injury, property loss, or damage arising from the use of the product. The purchaser is responsible for retaining the original proof of purchase receipt to validate this warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:
Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, modification or tampering with the product, lack of reasonable care, or other failures not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
