YOU CAN USE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE.
(METHOD 1. DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE TO UPDATE THE CONTROL HANDLE.]
(1) Download and update the firmware from TILTA’s official website. If you
have any installation questions, please reach out to Tilta’s official customer
service.

(2) When the control harale is powered off, first press ana hold the [M Butzon] on the cotvoll hanalle (without Ietzing go), and then press ard hold the [Power Button] to access the update page.
(3) Use a data cable to connect the USB=C port of the cont-ol hardle to a comouter, and move the downloaded firmware update to the control handle to complete the update.
(METHOD 2. USE NUCLEUS N Il HAND WHEEL TO UPDATE THE CONTROL HANDLE.)
(1) When the control harcle is powered off, firs: press and hold the [M Button] on the control Fandle (without letting go) and then press ard hold tre [Power Button] to access tre upcate page.
(2) Enter the hand wheel menu at the same time, select [System] – (Firmware Updaze], select [Control Handle], and click [CONFIRM] to start the update. Wren the update prog’ess “eaches 100%, the update will be complezed.
* When the hand wheel is connected Lo the Interret, enter [System] –
[FIRMWARE UPDATL] and [SCRVER] window will pop up, lease select the
corresponding server according to your locat’on, and then update.
* Check if the device needs updating:
JD If there is a version number with “>” at the bottom of tre device name,
that mears the current versior requires a firnware updaze, as pictured below.

- If there is no versior number with “>” oelow the device name, thaz mears
the currert version does not require firmware updates, as pictured below.

- Before updating the hanale firmware, please ensure that the hand wheel has peen connected to the Internet in advance to update the latest firmware.
+ Before updating, please nake sure that tne battery life of the hand wheel/control handle is no less than 50%, and make sure that no other nearby handles are updating firmware.
¢ Donot olug or unplug the data cable or turr off the hand wheel / control handle during the update vrocess. I the update fails, perform the update operation again.
- When uodating wirelessly, multiple cortrol hancles cannot be updated at the same time. Orly one contral handle ca be updated to avoid signal interference.
+ If the update percentage stays between 5% and 6%, or the update speed is too slow, please restart the update operation.
