Introduction
Our flagship Jamo Dolby Atmos tower speaker is the S 809. An incredible acoustic performance is provided by three powerful 127mm (5″) Aluminized Polyfiber Woofers and a 25mm (1″) Soft Dome Tweeter. Each speaker has a patent-pending connection point on the top of the cabinet that will allow the S 8 ATM topper to be seamlessly integrated to produce the Dolby Atmos overhead effect. Premium Efficiency Three 5″ aluminized polyfiber woofers deliver balanced, cinematic low end, while the 1″ soft dome tweeter delivers smooth, polished high frequencies. The front-firing tube port enables improved low frequency extension with placement flexibility, while the integrated Wave Guide concentrates the high frequency sound for dynamic, lifelike reproduction. A seamless integration of Dolby Atmos The cabinet’s elegant metal fasteners give it a stylish, contemporary industrial appearance while also acting as a connection point for the S 8 ATM Dolby Atmos elevation speaker. In order to achieve cinematic, fully immersive Dolby Atmos sound while preserving the stunning aesthetic of the Jamo Studio 8 Series, this patent-pending design places all of the wire connections on the back of the floorstander. This eliminates unsightly and messy speaker wire that extends all the way up to the Atmos module. Are Jamo speakers made in China?****
The pre-merger E-Series speakers were designed with a distinct market in mind; the warehouse I mentioned was in China, where all Jamo speakers are manufactured and stored.
How many ohms are Jamo speakers?****
Approximately 7.1 Ohms minimum load. Most AVRs can be driven easily.
What hits harder 2ohm or 4ohm?****
It follows that 2 ohm subwoofers are louder than 4 ohm ones because a subwoofer with a lower electrical resistance creates a louder sound than one with a higher electrical resistance. Due to their higher power consumption, 2 ohm subwoofers are also more likely to generate sound of lower quality, despite being louder.
Can any speakers be used for Dolby Atmos?****
For the optimum sound, Dolby advises using at least four height speakers, though any speakers will work. Better yet, since all modern Blu-ray players support Dolby Atmos, you won’t need a specialized player. It’s also important to note that Dolby Atmos is compatible with all of your HDMI cables.

If you want to upgrade your entertainment or set up a home theatre, it’s worthwhile to invest in.
What is Atmos ready speaker?****
Incredibly realistic overhead sound is produced by speakers that support Dolby Atmos by directing sound upward and reflecting it off the ceiling.
How many speakers do I need for Dolby Atmos?****
