From a Home screen, tap Apps (lower-right).

Tap Settings.

Tap Bluetooth.

Tap the Bluetooth switch (upper-right) to turn on or off .
Your device is visible to nearby devices while the Bluetooth® settings screen is open and Bluetooth is enabled.
