Razer keyboard does not work at startup after a cold start

This could be caused by an incorrect setting. Ensure that USB ports are not in hibernation mode.

1. Go to your Windows “Device Manager” and click the + sign next to Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Click on any “Root Hub” and select “Properties.”
2. Click the Power Management tab and ensure that “Allow computer to turn off this device to save power” and proceed to do this under each Root Hub.
3. On your system tray at the bottom left of your desktop, right-click on the “Battery” icon.
4. Select “Power Options”.
5. Under “Plans shown on the battery meter”, click “Change plan settings”.
6. Click “Change advanced power settings”.
7. On the “Power Options” window, navigate through Sleep > Hibernate after > Plugged in (Minutes). Make sure that you choose “Never.
8. Click “Apply” to save your changes then click “OK” to close the window.
