Please note this update should automatically be applied via Synapse 3. Please use this manual updater only if there are issues with the automatic updater or if the following issues are present.

• Fixed an issue about key performance while N key rollover active by Synapse or Game mode.

• Fixed random key spamming.

Step-by-step Process

1. Download the latest firmware update by downloading the link found above.

2. Close Razer Synapse and all other running applications before proceeding with the update.

3. Run the downloaded firmware (The installer will prompt you to close Synapse and all other applications, If you have already done so, left-click “OK” to proceed).

4. Connect the BlackWidow 2019 and click  Update.

5. Wait for the update to complete.

6. Once the firmware has been successfully applied, left-click “Close” to exit the installer.
