This article is a troubleshooting guide when the audio on your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless and Razer HammerHead True Wireless Pro is not working properly.
I am not getting any audio on my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless or Razer
Hammerhead True Wireless Pro?
Please follow the steps below if your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless or Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is not outputting any audio.
- Make sure the earbuds are charged, turned on, and connected to an audio source via Bluetooth.
- Check the volume level on your audio source.
- If your earbuds are connected to your computer, check to make sure that the correct playback device is selected in your audio settings (Razer Hammerhead True Wireless or Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro Stereo).
- Make sure the audio source is not set to be muted.
Audio intermittingly cuts in and out when paired to my laptop
If your laptop uses an Intel Wi-Fi module, try updating your Intel drivers by visiting Intel Driver Support Assistant.
I only get audio from one of the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless or Razer
Hammerhead True Wireless Pro earbuds
If you are only getting audio from one of the earbuds, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Note : If the pairing is successful, you should hear 3 tones: one from left earbud, one from right earbud, and the last one can be from either earbud. This signifies that pairing has been successful. This should pair the unpaired earbud to the working one.
- Try placing both earbuds back into the charging case.
- Wait for 5 seconds, open the charging case and see if the earbuds have repaired with one another.
- If the issue persists, tap and hold both earbuds for 6 seconds to activate pairing mode.
- Tap twice on both earbuds.
One of the speakers in my earbuds will not work or one side plays louder
than the other.
Note : Wax build-up on earbuds may cause audio quality and output level issues on the headset. Cleaning the earbuds may help aid the issue.To clean the earbuds: Remove any attached silicone tips and wipe the earbuds with a soft cloth that is lightly saturated with warm water.
- Confirm that the issue is with the headset itself and not with the audio source.
- Try to connect the headset to a different audio source and see if the issue persists.
How to do a quick reset on a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless or Razer
Hammerhead True Wireless Pro?
If your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless or Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is acting up, follow the steps below to reset you earbuds.
- Simply place both earbuds into the charging case
- Close the lid, wait at least 5 seconds
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case and try again to see if the issue is fixed.
The volume is very low and does not increase when my Razer Hammerhead True
