IMPORTANT NOTE for the wireless charger
Please make sure to use the wireless charger with a quick charging 5V / 2A wall adapter(Such as Ipad Quick Charge Adapter, or iPad adapter）. The 5V /1A adapter may not provide sufficient voltage to the fast wireless charger.

Q&A about TOZO Wireless Charter:
Q1: Why does it constantly starts and stops charging.
A: Please make sure to use the original specialized USB cable(come with
the charger) , other cheap cable and cheap adapter may not provide sufficient
voltage to the wireless charger. The wireless charger would not work without
enough current.
And retry the wireless charger with a different quick charging wall charger
(iPhone X/iPhone8 suggest the 5V 2A adapter & Samsung phone suggest the 9V
1.67A adapter). The blink breathing LED lights means the charger is on working
status.
NOTE: Using an 5V / 2A wall adapter is recommended.
Q2: Why does it not charge the iPhone X accidentally?
A: Please make sure to use the original specialized USB cable, and use an 5V / 2A wall adapter when charging, otherwise, it will not charge at all or charge slowly, we don’t recommend using the 5V/1A iPhone charger to charge the wireless charger, the 5V/1A adapter may not provide sufficient voltage to the wireless charger. Please use 5V/2A chargers (such as iPad wall charger or Android charger) to power the wireless charger.
Q3: Why does it charge phone slowly?
A: Please use the original specialized USB cable (included), other cheap cable and cheap adapter may not support the wireless charger. Please retry with a different quick charging wall charger(iPhone X/iPhone8 :5V/2A & Samsung : 9V/1.67 A ) for fast charge mode (AC adapter are not included). Using an 5V / 2A wall adapter is recommended.
And please make sure that the phone is properly aligned with the center of the
charging pad.
Reducing the phone’s background applications may improve the charging speed.
Q4: Why is my phone not charging when placed on the charging pad?
A: Firstly, please make sure to use the original specialized USB cable
(included).
Secondly, please make sure the phone is aligned with the center of the
charging pad.
And please retry with a different quick charging wall charger(5V 2A), remove
phone cases which are thicker than 4mm.
Q5: Will it charge through a thick or rubber phone case?
A: The TOZO Wireless Charger is compatible with most phone cases(included all of TOZO case). However, phone cases thicker than 4mm (such as OtterBox) may affect the wireless charging. Using the 5V 2A adapter is recommended.
Q6: Why does the charger being warm when charging?
A: The aviation aluminum frame is excellent in heat radiation. It is normal for the receiving coil or plate to be slight warm during the wireless charging process(several degree rise is acceptable ). That will do no harm to the phone.
