Bartovation® Peracetic Acid (PAA) Test Strips, 0-50, 0-160, and 0-500 ppm
Food service producers and suppliers rely on Bartovation® PAA Test Strips to
facilitate product compliance and lower quality control costs. The most
economical way to reliably test the strength of PAA solutions, these strips
are available in three different ranges:
PPA01V100 [0-50 ppm] Instantly measures the concentration of PAA residuals on
surfaces and food products. It can be used to test residuals simply by wetting
the test pad at the end of the strip with distilled water & pressing against
the skin of the fruit, vegetable or poultry. The strip reacts immediately with
a sensitivity of 2.5 ppm.
PPA03V100 [0-160 ppm] Instantly measures the concentration of PAA from 0-160
ppm, a common range of sanitizing for vegetable and fruit production.
Distilleries nationwide also make use of this popular test.
PPA02V100 [0-500 ppm] Instantly tests PAA solutions from 0-500 ppm and, among
its many uses, is ideal for ensuring compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis
Critical Control Point) food and safety regulations.
