- This product is intended for use in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, and the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, in nonhazardous locations, and the Mexican Electrical Code [Instalaciones Eléctricas (utilización), NOM-001-SEDE].

- This product is intended for use in open, surface-mounted luminaires. Do not use in totally enclosed, recessed luminaires.

- This product is intended to be used in dry and damp indoor areas only. It can be used with outdoor post lights taking that they have weatherproof housings.
- This product is not intended for use with emergency exits.
