Positioning the S60M
The height of the S60M is 62mm and is ideal for mounting underneath a TV.

Pause/Mute: In the playback state,press this button to pause playback once, press again to resume playback. -

- USB port: Automatically identifies and plays tracks from a storage device. When there is a USB connection, the “USB”.
- Wireless bass extension port: Connects to subwoofer to create 2.1 sound system. Need to buy it yourself!
| Reading the display
Volume: The volume level can be set between 0 and 30.
EQ modes: Short press EQ button to switch the current EQ mode.
EQ modes:
- Music mode: Low, medium and high sounds are balanced, reflecting a wider sound zone, suitable for listening to songs.
- News mode: Prominent vocals, mainly in the mid-high range, the bass will automatically decay.
- Movie mode: The treble and bass areas are enhanced, and the gain is
unchanged before the midrange is saved.
The default settingis Music mode.
| Basic Operation
Power on/Power off: Touch the icon for 3s.
Touch the button and the “BT/AUX/OPT/COX/USB” icons will light up if the
corresponding audio source is connected.
| BT wireless connection
- Enter pairing mode: Turn on the S60M. Press the button on the remote control, the “BT” icon will flash slowly on the screen indicating the S60M has entered pairing mode.
- Connect your device: Search for “S60M” on your BT device and then pair to the S60M.The BT icon will illuminate,and the S60M will make an audible beep to indicate the connection is complete.
- Long press BT button, all previous BT connections will be disconnected, BT logo on screen will flash, click BT device list to connect S60M.
Notes:
- If you can find or pair to the S60M via BT, unplug the S60M from the power outlet, then 5 seconds later plug it back in and try to connect by following the instructions above.
- A previously paired device will automatically reconnect if it hasn’t been unpaired.
- The S60M can only pair to one device at a time. If you cannot pair your device, please check that no other device is already paired with the S60M.
- BT connection range:Surrounding objects can block BT signals;for optimal playback, maintain a clear line of sight between the XXX and the paired device, Household appliances, such as smart air cleaners, WIFI routers, induction cookers, and microwave ovens can also cause radio interference that reduces or prevent pairing.
| Automatic standby Mode
After the customer successfully connects the S60M through one of the AUX/OTC/COX modes, the auto power on/auto standby function will be activated automatically. After the auto power on/auto standby function is activated, the S60M will automatically start to recognize the signal input status:
- Automatic standby: When the device has no signal input for 15 minutes (such as TV shutdown, movie pause, music pause, etc.), S60M will automatically stand by.
- Auto power on: When the S60M will automatically stand by, if the S60M detects the signal (TV on, movie replay, music replay), it will automatically power on within 30 seconds.
- In the state of automatic power on/auto standby function, the customer can also remotely control through the remote control and S60M machine panel buttons.
- The auto power on/auto standby function is the default and cannot be turned off.
- This function can be controlled by the customer. Long press and hold OPT to turn on, long press pause/mute button to turn off.
| Wired connection
There are two ways to connect the S60M and the audio source: Optical port and
Coaxial port. Select one according to the device you are trying to connect.
COA wiring method: Connect the device to the S60M with a coaxial cable, or
replace it with two in one audio cables.
OPT wiring method: Connect the device with fiber optical cable and S60M.
USB playback: Plug in the USB flash drive and start playing from the first
song. Note: Cannot select folder to play. AUX playback: What sound is plugged
in, what sound will be played.
