If you require technical support or in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty please telephone our Helpline for immediate assistance. Faulty product claims made within the 1-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided that you have satisfactory proof of purchase (keep your receipt). This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not affected. This limited warranty does not apply in cases of damage caused by accident, improper use, abuse and force majeure.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.

If the appliance has to be returned to us, it must be packed correctly as we cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused in transit. We recommend you use a traceable, insured delivery service.

About this Product

  • The thermoelectric cooler/warmer is an eco-friendly “green” product, cooling and warming using advanced semiconductors that are free of CFC’s and refrigerants. Enjoy the many benefits of the cooler/warmer, while protecting the safety of the environment
  • The cooler and warmer is insulated, ensuring that your food and beverages, stay cold or warm, making this product great for use in a car, boat, RV, or any other mode of transport.
  • The product is ergonomically designed for your convenience, with a folded carry handle allowing for easy portability, and features a lightweight design.

Safety Precautions

  • When alternating between COLD and HOT functions, turn the switch to OFF first. After 30 minutes, turn it to COLD or HOT
  • When the cooler/warmer is in its HOT function, use care when handling hot items to avoid burns.
  • When using in a car, to save energy, it is preferred to pull the plug out of the cigarette lighter when the car is stopped and shut off.
  • Keep fan free of obstructions to keep it from getting jammed.

Operating Instructions

  • When using your cooler/warmer in a car, you can plug it into the cigarette lighter socket, or connect it to a 12V storage battery. When using it at home or at the office, you can plug it into a wall outlet. Before using, first connect the plug of the cord into the socket of the cooler/warmer, then connect the other end to the power outlet.
  • Once plugged in, you can then slide the switch to Cold or Hot function.
  • Turn the switch to COLD for cooling mode. The green LED light will illuminate.
  • Turn the switch to HOT for warming mode. The red LED light will illuminate.
  • Turn the switch to OFF. Cooler/warmer will function as an insulated box.
  • For best results when cooling or heating items, refrigerate items before placing in cooler/warmer on cooling mode, or heat items before putting in warming mode.
  1. Before plugging in the device, make sure the switch on the back of the cooler is set to the OFF setting. Then, insert the power cord into the unit.
  2. Insert the plug into a wall outlet or cigarette lighter outlet in a car
  3. For Cooling: Set the power switch to the COLD setting. A green light (A) will turn on to indicate the device in now in cooling mode.
  4. For Heating: Set the power switch to the HOT setting. A red light (B) will turn on to indicate the device is now in heating mode.

While using car power

  1. Make sure to run on the car engine before plugging in the Cooler and Warmer to avoid a power surge that could result in overheating and a potential fire risk.
  2. Turn on the car engine.
  3. Plug the other end of the 12V DC power cord into the car cigarette lighter.
  4. Set the Cooler and Warmer to the desired setting
While using household power

  1. Plug the 120V AC power cord into the Cooler and Warmer.
  2. Insert the other end of the 120V AC power cord into a standard wall outlet.
  3. Set the Cooler and Warmer to the desired setting and enjoy your cold drinks or heated foods on the go!

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Do not place in dishwasher
  • Do not immerse in water
  • Wipe clean with cloth and cleaning detergent
  • Do not place shelf in dishwasher

Storage and Disposal

  • Store the appliance in a cool, dry and clean place, out of the reach of the children and pets.
  • Please keep the packaging for transportation of the appliance or for storing your appliance when not in use for a prolonged period of time.
  • This product may not be disposed of along with ordinary household waste, as electrical and electronic waste must be disposed of separately.
  • Contact your retailer, distributor or the municipal authorities for further information on the product disposal.

PLEASE READ THESE DIRECTIONS CARE FULL V BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION.MISUSE OF THE COOLER AND WARMER COULD RESULT IN A BROKEN APPLIANCE AND EVEN THE INJURY OR DEATH OF THE USER.

  1. Prevent the fans from becoming stuck by keeping them clear of dirt and debris. Stuck fans will overheat the engine and could cause fire. For this reason, do not place cloth or paper products on the appliance.
  2. Confirm when plugging and unplugging the power cords are tight in the sockets. A loose socket could result in cords and sockets not only breaking but causing a fire risk.
  3. When using the appliance in a car with the DC power cord make sure the car engine is already on as the power surge from starting the car with the appliance plugged in can result in overheating and pose a fire risk.
  4. Keep the Cooler and Warmer away from flammable items and running water to prevent breakage as well as fire.
  5. DO NOT attempt to open, break, or refit the appliance.
  6. Allow 30 minutes on the OFF setting between switching the product from COLD/HOT.
  7. DO NOT submerge or rinse under running water.
  8. When packing the appliance, avoid keeping it upside down.
  9. Avoid dropping or banging the appliance.
  10. DO NOT leave the appliance in the rain.
  11. Always supervise children as they should not play with this Cooler and Warmer. It is not a toy!
  12. For people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities use supervision and follow all instructions when operating this appliance for everyone’s safety.
  13. Always keep the ventilation openings clear of obstruction.
  14. DO NOT use other electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance.
  15. If the power cord that is supplied with the Cooler and Warmer is damaged in any way DO NOT attempt to repair it, as it must be replaced by the manufacturer.
