Dirty Water Tank, Filter, & Float Indicator Maintenance
Note: If orange dirty water tank indication light is illuminated, but the dirty water tank is not full, follow the steps below:

Turn off machine and remove from docking station

Remove dirty water tank by pressing down on recessed button on top of tank

Grasp top of tank from sides and pull up to remove
-
Remove filter by grasping sides and pulling up
-
Hand wash filter & screen with warm water, remove debris
-
Clean float sensors on the bottom of the dirty water tank lid with a damp cloth or napkin
- Remove all visible debris and let completely dry in order for the sensors to work

Wipe gold sensors on top of dirty water tank lid below the filter with a dry tissue
-
Wipe gold dirty water tank connection spot on machine with a tissue or soft cloth
-
Remove strainer from tank, discard debris & rinse
-
Rinse entire tank
-
Filter should be completely dry before reassembling
- Once dry, insert filter making sure edges are smooth and not folded over
-
Place top piece including screen, and filter back into dirty water tank
-
Angle tank back into body of machine with bottom edge first – push tank in until it clicks into place
- Tank should not be loose and there should be no gaps
-
If orange dirty water tank is full light continues to be illuminated after the dirty water tank and sensors have been cleaned, please Contact Us
