NOTE: If your machine shuts off within a few seconds after turning on (battery is charged with at least 1 green light) > Replace Foot Assembly > Go to Parts & Supplies

Check the outlet being used to charge machine

Test the outlet with a different device like a cell phone charger or small appliance
-
Verify the Charger being used
- Label on Charger should have model K12S270050U
-
If Charger is damaged > Replace Charger > Go to Parts & Supplies

Remove and reinsert the Battery
- Battery should “Click” into place and sit flush with machine

Plug Charger into port on the Battery
- Battery can be charged while in the machine or when removed

Plug into a functioning outlet

The green lights on top of Battery should illuminate
- If not, unplug machine from the outlet > Test a different device (phone charger) in the same outlet to ensure it is working
- If no green lights are displayed while plugged into charger > Replace Battery > Go to Parts & Supplies

4 Green lights indicate a full charge
- When 1st plugged in, if one green light, then after a few seconds goes to 4 green lights > Replace Battery > Go to Parts & Supplies

Light Behaviors:
- Green lights while on indicate Battery level
- 1 Green (25%) to 4 Green (100%)
- 4 Flashing red lights indicate a Battery issue
- Remove Battery, then slide back in for secure fit
- If red lights continue flashing > Replace Battery > Go to Parts & Supplies
- 4 Solid red lights mean the Brush roll has jammed > Go to Brush/Foot Area
- If battery shows fully charged however the machine will not turn on > Replace Battery > Go to Parts & Supplies
