If you are experiencing Low/No Spray, follow these steps to resolve:

Remove clean and dirty water tanks

Clear debris that may be causing a clog below the clean water tank

Check clean tank for red gasket
- If missing look for it in the base of the machine
- Reattach it by pushing the rounded portion of the gasket over the lip on the cap and insert
- If not in the base of the machine a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Fill the clean water tank with water & BISSELL Formula
-
With clean tank over the sink, press on the X valve on the bottom of the tank to test if water will come through
- Does water come out of valve?
- Yes > Continue Troubleshooting
- No > Order a new Clean Water Tank Cap > Go to Parts & Supplies

Reattach tanks and place securely back on

There should be no gaps between tanks

Turn machine on and press trigger on handle for spray
- Does trigger spring back when pressed?
- Yes > Continue Troubleshooting
- No > Visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
