If you are experiencing Low/No Spray, follow these steps to resolve:

  • Remove clean and dirty water tanks

  • Clear debris that may be causing a clog below the clean water tank

  • Check clean tank for red gasket

    • If missing look for it in the base of the machine
    • Reattach it by pushing the rounded portion of the gasket over the lip on the cap and insert
    • If not in the base of the machine a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
  • Fill the clean water tank with water & BISSELL Formula

  • With clean tank over the sink, press on the X valve on the bottom of the tank to test if water will come through

    • Does water come out of valve?
    • Yes > Continue Troubleshooting
    • No > Order a new Clean Water Tank Cap > Go to Parts & Supplies 
  • Reattach tanks and place securely back on

  • There should be no gaps between tanks

  • Turn machine on and press trigger on handle for spray

  • Has this resolved the issue?
