If you are experiencing Low/Now Suction, follow these steps to resolve:

Remove and empty dirty water tank

Turn machine on

Place palm of hand over the area that is sticking up out of the base
-
Cover both holes with hand
- Is there suction at the motor duct?
- Yes > Check the “duck bill” gasket on the bottom of the dirty water tank for cracks or damage
- If gasket is damaged, order a new one > Go to Parts & Supplies
- No > Visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center, or Contact Us

Securely lock down dirty water tank latch
