If you are experiencing Leaking, follow these steps to resolve:

Remove the clean water tank and fill with water
- If the tank leaks freely when removed from the machine, order a new cap & insert > Go to Parts & Supplies
- If the tank is damaged, order a new one > Go to Parts & Supplies

Remove the dirty water tank

If there is water sitting in the receiving area, make sure the “duck-bill” gasket is not missing from the collection tank or inserted improperly

Take gasket out and squeeze the tall duck-bill flap, forcing it open on the other end

Reinsert the gasket all the way

Check for any debris in the crevices of the “duck-bill” gasket

Is there water in the receiving area?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning
