My TurboClean/PowerForce/PowerClean PowerBrush Pet has No Suction | Support

If you are experiencing No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve:

Turn off and unplug machine

Remove dirty water tank by pulling out and up on the side latches
- Lift up on the handle to remove
-
Open rubber tab on top of dirty water tank, pour out dirty water
- Rinse tank thoroughly
- Close rubber tab

Inspect dirty water tank for cracks or damage
- If damaged, replace dirty water tank > Go to Parts & Supplies

Remove debris from red filter
-
Plug machine in and turn on
-
Put your hand over the red filter to feel for suction
-
Is there suction?
- Yes > Turn off and Unplug machine
- No > Visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
-
Remove float stack from dirty water tank unscrewing the ring at the bottom of the tank
-
Rinse the float stack under water to remove any debris
- Ensure that float stack can freely move up and down
-
Put float stack back into dirty water tank aligning the arrow on the float with the notch on the tank
- Twist ring into place to secure float
-
Grab the top of nozzle and pull away to remove it
-
Rinse nozzle under water and wipe debris from machine where nozzle was
-
Replace nozzle aligning the top into channel in front of red filter, use both hands to push bottom portion of nozzle into place

Return dirty water tank to machine, secure with latches

Plug machine in and turn on

Check for suction by performing a few wet and dry cleaning strokes

- No > Go to Low/No Spray
