My CrossWave® Cordless Max has a Loud Noise | Support

If your machine is making a loud noise, follow these steps to resolve:

• When reclined, brush will spin – this sound is normal

• Turn machine off

• Remove dirty water tank by pressing down on recessed button on top of tank

• Remove filter by grasping sides and pulling up

• Hand wash filter, screen & float indicator with warm water, remove debris

• Remove strainer from tank, discard debris & rinse

• Rinse entire tank

• The filter should be completely dry before reassembling

  • Once dry, inster filter making sure edges are smooth and not folded over

• Place top piece including filter back into dirty water tank

• Angle tank back into body of machine with bottom edge first – push tank in until it clicks into place

  • Tank should not be loose and there should be no gap

• Has this resolved the issue?
