Maintaining your filters is very important to the function of your vacuum

The steps below provide instruction on how to clean and maintain your Dirt Tank and Filters

  • If you are experiencing issues with reduced suction you’ll want to follow the complete list of steps before continuing > Go to No Suction

These steps are considered a part of routine maintenanc

  • Remove and empty Dirt Tank

  • Twist the Handle to unlock the Dirt Tank 

  • Twist to remove the Separator from the bottom of Dirt Tank

    • Separator can be rinsed > Allow to completely air dry (24 – 48 hours) before reinstalling
  • Remove the all Filters

  • Open the Tank Lid > Remove the Pre-Motor Filters

    • Foam Filters can be rinsed > Allow to completely air dry (24 – 48 hours) before reinstalling
  • Remove the Post-Motor Filter

    • Press down on tab > Remove Post-Motor Filter cover
    • Twist filter counter-clockwise to unlock and remove
    • The Post-Motor Filter cannot be washed
      • Remove debris regularly
      • Replace Filter when needed

  • Filter should be locked into place before re-attaching Filter Cover

    • Twist Filter clockwise to secure
    • Reattach Filter cover
  • Before replacing Dirt Tank

    • Turn machine on and check for suction at the opening where the top of the Dirt Tank connects to the machine
  • For replacement Filters > Go to Parts & Supplies

  • If you were having suction issues and the steps above did not resolve > Go to Lower Hose/Foot
