If your machine’s brush does not appear to be turning, follow these steps
to resolve:

Brush only turns when the handle is reclined
- Has this resolved the issue?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No > Continue troubleshooting

Turn machine off and unplug it

Remove the dirty and clean water tanks from the base of the machine

While standing behind the machine, lay it on it’s side (cord side up)
-
Is there a foreign object, block, or clog in the brush roll?
- No > Go to Replacing the Belt
- Yes > Remove object, block, or clog
- Has this resolved the issue?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No > Go to Replacing the Belt
