If your vacuum is not suctioning like it used to it is likely due to an
obstruction in the air pathway
Follow these steps to resolve:

The machine should be fully charged
- If not > Plug in till fully charged
- Charge level is indicated by the # of flashing green lights on the Battery when plugged in
- Fully charged = 4 Solid green lights (not flashing)

Remove Dirt Bin > Grasp clear handles & pull up

Turn ON > Feel for suction at the Circular Suction Grill Area where the end of the Dirt Bin sits (Use CAUTION: The Brush will begin to spin so be cautious when feeling for suction)
- Is there suction at the Circular Suction Grill Area?
- Yes > This would indicate the Filter needs to be cleaned
- Go to Cleaning Filters
- No > Please Contact Us
