Note: When suctioning up solution make sure to tilt front nozzle forward and have it firmly placed on the area being cleaned making

Remove and empty collection tank
- Check to see if the drain plug is properly in place or missing
- if drain plug is missing or damaged a replacement should be ordered
- Reattach the collection tank and fully lock tank in place
- Test for suction, if there is still no suction continue troubleshooting

Clear any clogs by filling a small bowl with warm water, powering your machine on and place the front of the nozzle into the bowl to suction the water up
- you may need to repeat this step to adequately clear any clogs

Test for suction
- If still no suction, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
