Note: When suctioning up solution make sure to tilt front nozzle forward and have it firmly placed on the area being cleaned making

  • Remove and empty collection tank

    • Check to see if the drain plug is properly in place or missing
    • if drain plug is missing or damaged a replacement should be ordered
    • Reattach the collection tank and fully lock tank in place
    • Test for suction, if there is still no suction continue troubleshooting
  • Clear any clogs by filling a small bowl with warm water, powering your machine on and place the front of the nozzle into the bowl to suction the water up

    • you may need to repeat this step to adequately clear any clogs
  • Test for suction
