Note: You will need to connect your CrossWave Cordless Max to the BISSELL app in order to view this page, visit our App Pairing Guide for step by step instructions on pairing and connecting to your machine.
The settings window in BISSELL Connect App allows you to access controls that will help you use your CrossWave Cordless Max most efficiently

To get to the settings page click on the hamburger menu button on the top left of the home page

Click on your machine

You are now on the usage page
- To go to the settings page click on the gear on the top right corner of the screen

Wi-Fi Settings allows you to:
- Verify your product is connected to your home Wi-Fi
- Update Wi-Fi details
- Change home Wi-Fi your machine is connected to

The Time Zone button updates Time Zone

Help & Support will bring you to the Support page
- The Support page will provide videos about your CrossWave
-
Firmware will indicate if a Firmware update is needed
- Firmware updates can be done from this screen

Active your warranty on the warranty page by completing your product registration
