To maintain your machine so every cleaning experience is as effective as
the first, follow the steps below:
Mop Mode:
-
Return machine to dock
-
Turn machine off
-
Remove Mop Tank > Press down on button and pull out
-
Take off Mop Pads from Mop Pad Drivers
-
Machine wash the Mop Pads seperately in warm water
- Only use liquid detergent > Do not use bleach or fabric softener
- Tumble dry on low > Do not iron or dry clean
-
Clear any debris from the debris trap
-
Put the Water Tank or Dirt Bin into machine and turn on to charge
Dry Mode:
-
Return machine to dock
-
Turn Machine Off
-
Remove Dirt Bin > Press down on button and pull out
-
Empty Dirt Bin over trash
-
Remove filter cover and filters > Use Cleaning Tool to brush filters clean > Do not wash filters
-
Rinse Dirt Bin with water > Dirt Bin must be completely dry before putting it back into the machine
-
Reinstall filters and put Dirt Bin back into machine
-
Turn machine back on and let it charge for its next clean

For Brush Roll Maintenance > Go to Brush Not Turning
-
For Edge Brush Maintenance > Got to Edge Brush Cleaning
Both Mop Mode & Dry Mode:
-
Regularly wipe all sensors with a dry cloth
-
Remove any debris that has accumulated behind and around Caster Wheel
- The Caster Wheel should spin freely without wobbling
- Remove Caster Wheel by pulling straight up > Both Caster Wheel and Wheel Frame should be removed > Clear debris from Wheel and underside of Wheel Frame
- Reattach Caster wheel to Wheel Frame and insert securely into Robot
- Wheel axle should be pressed firmly into the machine
- If the Caster Wheel is damaged > Replace Caster Wheel > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Reattach Caster wheel to Wheel Frame and insert securely into Robot
