You can only Factory Reset if you’ve successfully paired your Connected Robot
- Reasons why you may want to Factory Reset
- Need to pair to a different email
- Any original product warranty registration will remain unchanged
Follow these steps to unpair your products connection to the mobile App:

Click on the Hamburger menu button on the top left of the screen

Click on your machine, then the gear in the top right corner of the screen

Choose the ‘Remove Device’ Button

Click on the red ‘Reset’ button
Note: The factory reset will delete all historic data that is saved in the app and will allow you to re-pair the machine

Close out of the App
-
For CleanView Connect & SpinWave Robot hold down the Robot’s play button for 45 seconds until 3 beeps are heard
