Be sure the machine is fully charged

The power button must be turned on to have suction on the Dry Vac side

Verify the floor nozzle is properly attached
- Remove the floor nozzle and re-insert
- Using a flat tip screwdriver, gently pry the tab upward and remove the floor nozzle

Empty the dirt cup
-
Clean the filter with water and mild soap
- Allow the filter to completely dry before replacing in the machine
-
Verify the mop pad is covering up the suction path on the nozzle
- If not, properly attach the pad
- Be sure the suction path is not blocked or clogged
- If still no suction, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
