Verify the trigger is being pressed

Completely fill the tank with solution & water

Confirm the clean water tank is inserted properly by removing the tank and reinserting it

Check to see that the gasket is attached to the water tank
- If it has fallen off, reattach it to the solution/water tank
- If missing, a new cap and insert will need to be purchased

Check the valve on the bottom of the clean water tank to make sure water will come through when the x valve is depressed
- If water does not come out, the tank may be empty, or the valve may be blocked

If blocked, soak the cap and insert in hot tap water until it clears

Be sure the handle is installed properly
- Remove it and reinstall it, ensuring the handle is pushed down all the way
- If handle re-installation is needed, remove the solution tank and lift the tab located between the two screws and while pulling up on handle

Check the umbrella valve on the tank
- There should be 2 tiny holes, 1 on either side of the rubber tip on the umbrella valve
- If there’s no holes, a new tank will need to be ordered

Check that the solution tube is properly inserted into the floor nozzle
- If it is not, re-attach the tube

The spray tips should be clear & clean
- If they need to be cleaned, use a paper clip or old toothbrush
