My DigiPro® Bagged Canister Vacuum cord will not rewind | Support

• Verify the cord is not twisted or wound unevenly
  • Gently pull the cord out and push down on the cord rewind
    • The yellow line on the cord indicates the end of the cord is near
    • The red line on the cord indicates the end of the usable cord
    • Do NOT pull the cord out beyond the red line

If power cord still will not rewind, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
