- Verify the cord is not twisted or wound unevenly
- Gently pull the cord out and push down on the cord rewind
- The yellow line on the cord indicates the end of the cord is near
- The red line on the cord indicates the end of the usable cord
- Do NOT pull the cord out beyond the red line
- Gently pull the cord out and push down on the cord rewind
If power cord still will not rewind, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
