Do not squeeze trigger down too long

Avoid depressing trigger continuously for more than 20 seconds

The steam mop should remain moving while turned on
-
Allowing machine to sit in the same spot for too long builds up steam
-
Inspect the water tank and cap for cracks or damage
- If damaged, a new tank needs to be ordered
-
Fill tank with water

Test the x-valve by pushing on it over the sink
- Water should release
- If not, a new cap assembly needs to be ordered
-
Verify the rubber gasket at the tip of the cap is still attached
-
Look in the tank receiver for any cracks or damage
- If damaged, Contact Us

Correctly seat water tank there are no gaps between the tank and machine
- If the machine is still leaving too much water on the floor after troubleshooting, Contact Us
