A knocking noise will happen on the machine’s first use, each time it runs
out of water, and if it sits for an extended period allowing the water to evaporate, follow these steps to resolve:

Choose a steam setting until the noise goes away (can take up to 1 ½ minutes)

This is the normal sound of the pump trying to pull water through the machine

The noise will change from a knocking sound to a muffled hum after water enters the pump
- Has the knocking continued after 2 minutes?
- Yes > Fill the tank with water
- No > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!

Replace water tank confirming it is seated properly with no gaps

Plug the machine in and wait 30 seconds

The blue light will blink for 30 seconds and then stay on

Choose a steam setting

Has knocking continued after 2 minutes?
- Yes > Contact Us
- No > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
