Unplug vacuum

Run hand along entire length of power cord, it should be smooth

Check plug for damage
- If either the cord (not smooth or exposed wires) or plug (prongs) are damaged, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us

Check to see if outlet is working:
- Test this by plugging in a cell phone charger or small appliance
- If no power to outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room
- Reset circuit breaker if needed
- The light on charging base should illuminate green when plugged in
- If light still won’t illuminate, a new charger is needed

The battery is located at the back of the vacuum
- Press down on battery door tab (left) to access battery

- To remove, grasp and pull battery out

- With charger plugged into a functioning outlet, firmly insert battery into charger
- If charger light is red = charging
- If charger light is green = fully charged
- A full charge takes 2 hours
- With charger plugged into a functioning outlet, firmly insert battery into charger

Once light on charging base turns green, firmly insert battery back into machine

- Replace battery door and power machine on
- If machine still won’t charge or power on, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
- Replace battery door and power machine on
