Check to make sure the correct charger is being used

If not, a new charger will need to be ordered

Verify the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet

The average run time for this machine is 12 minutes

Be sure you are charging the machine in the “OFF” position – recommended charge time is 12 hours
-
Doing the following will help establish a longer run time:
- Completely deplete the machine of all power before recharging
- Fully charge for 12 hours as the User’s Guide recommends

The charger should be warm to the touch after being plugged in several minutes
- If it is not warm, a new charger will need to be ordered
- If charger is warm and machine still won’t charge, please Contact Us
