Leaving too Much Water on the Floor
- Unplug machine
- Remove filter and check color of the filter grains
- If the filter grains are blue the filter needs to be replaced
- Green filter grains mean the filter is still fine
- Hold the trigger for a shorter amount of time to prevent excess water on the floor
- Wash mop pads in wash machine with a mild detergent; DO NOT ADD fabric softener or bleach
Leaking

Remove filter and check for any cracks or damage

Cracks may be difficult to see, so inspect the filter in a well-lit area

Check the tank and cap insert for damage and proper assembly
- If damaged, please Contact us

Make sure the cap is screwed on tightly to prevent leaking

Reinsert the tank and filter to the machine to ensure they fit tightly with no gaps
