Follow these steps to resolve:

Turn machine off and unplug

Run hand along entire length of power cord, it should be smooth
-
Check plug for damage
- If either the cord (not smooth or exposed wires) or plug (prongs) are damaged > Contact Us

Check to see if outlet is working:
-
- Plug in a cell phone charger or small appliance to test
- If no power to outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room
- Reset circuit breaker if needed
- Has this resolved your issue?
- Yes > Great, glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No > Continue below
- Plug in a cell phone charger or small appliance to test

Press Power Button to turn machine ON
- Push Fan Speed (+) button once to select High
- Place hand over top of machine to check for airflow

If machine is blowing air but lights are OFF, it may be in Night Mode
- Press Night Light button to activate lights

If there is no air flow (fan is not turning) but the lights are ON
- Turn machine off and unplug
- Plug machine back in and turn on
