Follow these steps to resolve:

  • Turn machine off and unplug

  • Run hand along entire length of power cord, it should be smooth

  • Check plug for damage

    • If either the cord (not smooth or exposed wires) or plug (prongs) are damaged > Contact Us
  • Check to see if outlet is working:

    • Plug in a cell phone charger or small appliance to test
      • If no power to outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room
      • Reset circuit breaker if needed
      • Has this resolved your issue?
      • Yes > Great, glad we could get you back to cleaning!
      • No > Continue below
  • Press Power Button to turn machine ON

    • Push Fan Speed (+) button once to select High
    • Place hand over top of machine to check for airflow
  • If machine is blowing air but lights are OFF, it may be in Night Mode

    • Press Night Light button to activate lights
  • If there is no air flow (fan is not turning) but the lights are ON

    • Turn machine off and unplug
    • Plug machine back in and turn on
    • Has this resolved your issue?
