Vortex Dual Basket Air Fryer
Quick Start Guide
See owner’s manual for complete instructions and important safety information before using this product.
IMPORTANT: Unpack all parts from the box and remove any clear or blue protective film on the components. Wash components with warm, soapy water before first use.
FOR LARGE BASKET MODE
See the owner’s manual for dual-basket assembly instructions.
STEP 1
Fit the baskets with the U-channel and Fry Trays to assemble the large basket. Push the basket into the appliance and plug the Power Cord into an outlet.
STEP 2
Press the Power Button. Press the Menu Selection Button to scroll through the
preset settings until the preferred
setting is selected. Press the Time and Temperature Control Buttons to adjust
if needed.
NOTE: Only Basket 1 needs to be programmed when using
the large basket.
STEP 3
Take out the basket and fill it with your food. Push the basket back into the
appliance. Press the Start/Pause Button to begin cooking.
Optional: Press the Shake Button before pressing the Start/Pause Button
to be notified when the cooking cycle is halfway through the cooking time.
STEP 4
When your food is done cooking, remove and place the basket on a heat-
resistant surface. Use tongs to transfer food out of the basket.

FOR SYNCED DUAL-BASKET MODE*
This cooking mode will let you cook different foods in each basket with a synchronized cooking timer so that both foods finish cooking at the same time. You can also cook food with a synchronized start to the cooking timer (see the owner’s manual for complete instructions).
STEP 1
Fit the baskets with the Dividers and Fry Trays to assemble the dual baskets. Push the baskets into the appliance and plug the Power Cord into an outlet.
STEP 2
Press the Power Button. Press the Menu Selection Button to scroll through the preset settings until the preferred setting is selected. Press the Time and Temperature Control Buttons to adjust if needed. Press the Basket 2 Button and then the Time Control Buttons to set a different cooking time for Basket 2. Press the Sync Button.
STEP 3
Take out the basket with the longer cooking time and fill it with food. Push
the basket back into the appliance. Press the Start/Pause Button to begin
cooking. When the buzzer prompt activates, add food to the second basket.
Optional: Press a Basket Selection Button and then the Shake Button
before pressing the Start/ Pause Button to be notified when the selected
basket’s cooking cycle is halfway through the cooking time.
STEP 4
When your food is done cooking, remove and place the basket onto a heat- resistant surface. Use tongs to transfer food out of the basket.
