IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:

In order to facilitate the correct opera on of this product, please read this manual carefully before installa on and keep it for future reference.

TIPS:
If you are a beginner, first me no more than 5 minutes. And we recommend that you use it about 4 mes a week, not more than 10 minutes every me;
Otherwise, it may cause sports injuries.

NEED ATTENTION:

  1. Please warm up before using. Check and be sure all the buckles locked into correct place.
  2. Please use it outdoors or in a large room to avoid collision with sharp hard objects.
  3. The outer layer of the hula hoop is soft foam, which can protect your waist and arms. But please do not use it on the neck!
  4. Don’t exercise 1 hour before and after meals.
  5. Don’t exercise during pregnancy and menstrua on.
  6. Consult your doctor before use it if you have some major illness.
  7. Children under 10 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult.

Installation instructions:

  1. Pipe ends aligned, button are aligned with the holes.image 1
  2. Push the button & slightly rotate un l hear a “click”.image 2
  3. Open interface sponge to ensure it is in place and the button is protruding.image 3
  4. Press down en re circle with force to lock the last pipe.image 4

Disassembly instructions:

  1. Press down en re hula hoop and then push the button to disassemble the 1st pipe.image 5
  2. Press 2.5cm away from the interfaceimage 6
  3. Pull both sides firmly outwards at the same me.image 7
