Gym Beam Hula Hoop
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:
In order to facilitate the correct opera on of this product, please read this manual carefully before installa on and keep it for future reference.
TIPS:
If you are a beginner, first me no more than 5 minutes. And we recommend that
you use it about 4 mes a week, not more than 10 minutes every me;
Otherwise, it may cause sports injuries.
NEED ATTENTION:
- Please warm up before using. Check and be sure all the buckles locked into correct place.
- Please use it outdoors or in a large room to avoid collision with sharp hard objects.
- The outer layer of the hula hoop is soft foam, which can protect your waist and arms. But please do not use it on the neck!
- Don’t exercise 1 hour before and after meals.
- Don’t exercise during pregnancy and menstrua on.
- Consult your doctor before use it if you have some major illness.
- Children under 10 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult.
Installation instructions:
- Pipe ends aligned, button are aligned with the holes.
- Push the button & slightly rotate un l hear a “click”.
- Open interface sponge to ensure it is in place and the button is protruding.
- Press down en re circle with force to lock the last pipe.
Disassembly instructions:
- Press down en re hula hoop and then push the button to disassemble the 1st pipe.
- Press 2.5cm away from the interface
- Pull both sides firmly outwards at the same me.
