WARRANTY

This appliance has a two-year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions or repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty.

If your device breaks down within the 2-year warranty period, you can return the device together with your receipt to the shop where you purchased it.

  • Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.

  • A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. DO NOT USE WITH AN EXTENSION CORD.

  • Unwrap the cord completely to prevent overheating of the cord.

  • Do not let the power supply cord hang over the edge of a counter, or touch hot surfaces.

  • Do not allow the power cord supply to run underneath or around the unit.

  • Make sure the appliance is correctly assembled, then plug the cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn the controls to the “OFF” or “0” position, then remove the plug from the wall. Never pull the cord or appliance to remove the plug from the socket.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

  • Remove the appliance and the accessories from the packaging.
  • Clean all parts in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
  • Never immerse the motor unit in water to avoid electrocution.

ASSEMBLY & USE

Balloon whisk/mixer/dough hook
Depending on the nature of the ingredients, the mixing bowl can make 2.3 kg of dough.

  1. Give the unlocking button a quarter turn to unlock the multifunctional head. Then push the head upwards until you hear a click.
  2. Place the mixing bowl on the base and lock it into place by turning it clockwise. Put the ingredients into the bowl.
  3. Attach the transparent lid to the head, with the fill opening at the front. Push the 2 clips on the lid into the 2 grooves in the multifunctional head, so that the lid stays into place.
  4. Attach the accessory you would like to use: balloon whisk, mixer or dough hook.
    • A. Slide the accessory with its 2 pins into the 2 grooves in the slot of the head.
    • B. Push the accessory upwards and give it a quarter turn counterclockwise.
    • C. Let go of the accessory so that it falls into the locking position.
  5. Turn the unlocking button back with a quarter turn so that the multifunctional head moves downwards. Push the head back into its original position until you hear a click.
  6. Place the appliance on a level, clean and dry surface. Plug in the stand mixer and select the desired speed by turning the speed control knob from position 1 to 7. For a quick start and stop you can turn the knob to P – the pulse function. Hold the knob in the P position to mix and let go of the knob to stop mixing.
  7. During preparation, you can add ingredients through the fill opening in the lid. You can close off the fill opening with a separate lid.
  8. To switch off the stand mixer, turn the speed control knob to position 0.

Note:

DISASSEMBLY
  1. Remove the plug from the socket.
  2. Give the unlocking button a quarter turn to unlock the multifunctional head. Then push the head upwards until you hear a click.
  3. Push the accessory upwards, out of the locking position and give it a quarter turn clockwise. Slide the accessory out of the slot and remove it from the head. Be careful while doing this.
  4. Remove the lid from the head.
  5. Turn the bowl counterclockwise out of the locking position and remove the bowl.
  6. Give another quarter turn to the unlocking button so that the head falls down. Push the head back into the original position until you hear a click.

OPTIONAL: BLENDER DO9072KR-BL
Depending on the nature of the ingredients, the blender can mix 1.4 l.

  1. Make sure that the sealing ring is in place in the blade assembly and lock the blade assembly onto the bottom of the glass jar by turning it counterclockwise.
  2. Place the multifunctional head into its horizontal position and remove the cover of the connections at the top of the head.
  3. Put the ingredients into the jar and close the jar with the lid, including the measuring cup in the fill opening.
  4. Place the blender onto the right connection and lock it by turning it clockwise.
  5. Use the speed control to blend.
  6. During blending, you can remove the measuring cup from the fill opening and add ingredients through the fill opening. Always close the opening afterward with the measuring cup.

Caution:

  • Do not use the blender empty.
  • Never fill the jar with boiling liquids. Always let them cool down to room temperature.
  • If you want to crush ice, never use more than 9 ice cubes (4x4x2cm) at once.

CLEANING

  1. Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the appliance.
  2. Never immerse the motor unit in water or never keep it under running water. Clean the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth.
  3. Disassemble all the accessories.
  4. Clean all the accessories, rinse them and dry them thoroughly. You can also clean the accessories in the dishwasher, except the blender and the balloon whisk.
  5. Cleaning the blender: pour warm water with a few drops of washing-up liquid into the blender jar. Close the lid. Connect the blender to the stand mixer and mix a few times using the pulse function. Remove the blender from the stand mixer, rinse the jar under running water and let it dry upside-down.

  5. Control the vegetable slicer with the speed control knob of the stand mixer.
  6. With the pushing rod, you can safely place vegetables in the vegetable slicer.
  7. To remove the vegetable slicer, pull the release lever (see picture) and make a quarter turn clockwise on the vegetable slicer.
  8. Remove the vegetable slicer and replace the lid on the connection.
  9. Clean all parts thoroughly and dry them carefully before using them again.

  10. To remove the meat grinder, pull the release lever (see picture) and make a quarter turn clockwise on the meat grinder.

  11. Remove the meat grinder and replace the lid on the connection.

  12. Clean all parts thoroughly and dry them carefully before using them again.

CLEANING
Do not use the dishwasher for cleaning the meat grinder.

OPTIONAL: PASTA ACCESSORIES DO9070KR-S, -T, -L
Turn the device off, and take the plug out of the socket before you add, remove or clean any accessories.

  1. Open the lid at the end of the multifunctional head of the stand mixer: lift the lid upwards and remove it.

  2. The connecting point for accessories can now be seen.

    Attention: Before making spaghetti or tagliatelle, you need to use the lasagna roller first to make flat pasta sheets.

  4. Place the accessory at an angle of 25 ° to the connection point and tighten it by making a quarter turn clockwise. You hear a click when it is securely fastened. Your pasta accessory is now in a perfectly vertical position.

  5. Control the pasta accessory with the speed control knob of the stand mixer.

  8. Clean the pasta accessories with a damp cloth and wipe them dry. Do not immerse in water or use dishwasher cleaning.

PREPARATION OF PASTA

Basic recipe

  • 500 grams of flour

  • 4 eggs

  • a pinch of salt

  • 2,5ml oil

  • Optionally water
    For whole-wheat pasta replace the regular flour with whole-wheat flour. For pasta, Rossa replaces one egg with 75g tomato paste.

  • Put the ingredients in the bowl.

  • Mix with the dough hook n speed 1-2 for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water if the dough is too dry.

  • Stop your food processor and knead the dough by hand until it is smooth.

  • Let it rest in a kitchen towel for 15 minutes.

  • Put the pasta roller into the connector for accessories.

  • First, use the pasta roller to make flat sheets of pasta as for lasagna making.

  • Enter these pasta sheets through the pasta cutter for spaghetti or tagliatelle.

  • Fill a large pan full of water with a pinch of salt.

  • Add some olive oil in order to prevent the pasta stick together

  • Bring water to a boil and add the pasta. Let simmer for 2 to 4 minutes depending on your personal preference.

USE

  1. Make sure that the stand mixer is switched off and unplugged.
  2. Make sure that the multifunctional head of the stand mixer is in its horizontal position and remove the cover at the top of the head.
  3. Make sure that the axis of the food processor is well assembled into the bowl, through the opening at the bottom. Place the food processor bowl on the left connection and lock the bowl by turning it counterclockwise.
  4. Slide one of the discs over the top of the axis. Always only use 1 disc at a time!
  5. Place the lid on the bowl and lock the lid by turning it counterclockwise.
  6. Plug in the plug of the stand mixer.
  7. Add the ingredients through the fill opening. Use the food pusher to evenly press the ingredients into the bowl. Use the speed control of the stand mixer to operate the food processor.
  8. Switch off the stand mixer after use.

Caution:

  • Use fresh ingredients and be sure not to cut them up into pieces that are too small.
  • Never put your fingers in the fill opening.
  • Be careful, the discs (blades) are sharp.

CLEANING

  • Disassemble the food processor: remove the food pusher, unlock the lid and remove it from the bowl, remove the blade disc and push the axis out of the bottom of the bowl.
  • Clean all parts, except for the axis, in warm water with some washing-up liquid. Dry all parts thoroughly.
  • If necessary, clean the axis with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

USE

Caution:
Also always follow the instructions in the instruction manual of the DO9072KR or DO9079KR stand mixer.

Tip:
First, let the potatoes soak in water for a while.

  1. Make sure that the stand mixer is switched off and unplugged. Place the appliance on a flat, clean, and dry surface.
  2. Give a quarter turn to the unlocking button to unlock the multifunctional head of the stand mixer. Push the head upwards until you hear it click.
  3. Place the revolving disc into the bowl and add potatoes to the bowl – max. 1 kg.
  4. Add water, until the potatoes are underwater, with a maximum of 2 l.
  5. Put the lid onto the bowl and turn until it locks.
  6. Place the potato peeler onto the base of the stand mixer and turn counterclockwise to lock. Give a quarter turn to the unlocking button so that the head falls down. Push the head into its original horizontal position until it clicks.
  7. Plug in the plug of the stand mixer and select the desired speed by turning the speed control. The maximum speed to use for peeling potatoes is speed 4.
  8. To turn off the stand mixer, set the speed control to position 0.
  9. Remove the plug from the socket.
  10. Turn the unlocking button a quarter and push the head upwards until it clicks.
  11. Turn the bowl of the potato peeler clockwise to unlock and remove the bowl.
  12. Turn the unlocking button a quarter so that the head falls down. Push the head back into its original horizontal position until it clicks.

CLEANING

  • Disassemble the potato peeler: remove the lid from the bowl by turning and removing the revolving disc.
  • Wash all parts in warm water with some washing-up liquid. Dry all parts thoroughly.

OPTIONAL: JUICER DO9079KR-J
Turn the device off, and take the plug out of the socket before you add, remove or clean any accessories.

  1. Open the lid at the end of the multifunctional head of the stand mixer: lift the lid upwards and remove it.
  2. The connecting point for accessories can now be seen.
  3. Place the juicer at an angle of 25 ° to the connection point and tighten it by making a quarter turn clockwise. You hear a click when this is securely fastened.
  4. Unwind the electrical cord and plug in the unit.
  5. Place a glass or bowl under the juice outlet for the juice.
  6. Cut the fruit in the center.
  7. Press down the juice outlet for opening and the juice can flow out.
  8. Place the fruit on the head and press it down. Press for 15 sec. then let the unit rest for 15 sec.
  9. Click the juice outlet before removing the glass. Now the drips cant flow out anymore.

CLEANING

  • Disassemble the juicer.
