What are the methods to get Jio eSIM?
For obtaining a new Jio eSIM connection, customer needs to visit the nearest
Jio Store with there eSIM supported device, fulfil the KYC requirements and
request for eSIM.
You will need to provide your Proof of Identity and address to complete the
KYC requirements.
The list of documents for a new connection remains the same as applicable for

For upgrading your existing Jio physical SIM to eSIM or transfer Jio eSIM from
one device to another device, customer can follow SMS method.
