Ultrasonic Cleaning Principle

Ultrasound is a form of a sound wave with a frequency of about 20 kHz above the normal human hearing range. Our device, employing the energy of this wave. operates through its transmission of sound waves through the water, igniting the cleaning process. This action generates the production of minute bubbles known as cavitations. which form and collapse alternately. As a result small jets are transmitted through the fluid, and these subsequently work to wipe off the dirt from the desired object.

Our ultrasonic cleaner is capable of cleaning various objects (as stated within this manual), without any form of damage. The effect of added cleaning chemicals is improved by the action of our device. increasing the efficiency of performance!

A step-by-step outline

  1. The action of ultrasonic waves generates tiny vacuum bubbles throughout the fluid.
  2. These vacuum bubbles continuously bombard the surface of the desired object to strike off the dirt.
  3. Finally, the dirt breaks off from the surface of the object. Now, your item is squeaky clean!
