How to
- Place the curved tongue cleaner in the middle of your tongue and move it with light pressure to the tip of your tongue.
- Rinse the tongue cleaner and repeat a few times until all deposits have disappeared.
- Repeat with the straight tongue cleaner for both sides.
- Repeat with the straight open tongue cleaner for the back of the tongue.
- Clean and dry the tongue cleaners thoroughly after use and then store them in the case provided.
- To maintain good hygiene, it is advisable to additionally clean the tongue cleaners in boiling water or with a little alcohol after a few uses.
