IKEA VIHALS Sideboard
Product Information: VIHALS
The VIHALS is a piece of furniture manufactured by IKEA of Sweden. The furniture is designed to be secured to a wall using tip-over restraints, as serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. The product comes with screws and plugs that can be used with most solid and hollow walls. However, for solid wood walls, screws without plugs should be used. The furniture is available in two variants, IKEA CL and IKEA CR.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Find an appropriate location for the VIHALS furniture in your room.
- Ensure that the furniture is placed on a level surface.
- Locate the wall studs or use a stud finder to locate the studs.
- Attach the tip-over restraint to the furniture using the screws provided.
- Secure the furniture to the wall by using the screws and plugsprovided. For solid wood walls, use screws without plugs.
- Ensure that all doors and shelves are properly installed and secured.
- Do not overload the furniture with items that exceed its maximum weight capacity.
- Avoid placing heavy items on top of the furniture.
- Regularly check and tighten all screws and connections to ensure that the furniture remains secure and stable.
