Char-Broil 463341021 TRU-Infrared 4-Burner LP Gas Grill Installation Guide
NOTE: Some grill parts shown in the assembly steps may differ slightly in appearance from those on your particular grill model. However, the method of assembly remains the same.
CAUTION
- Read and follow all safety statements, assembly instructions, and use and care directions before attempting to assemble and cook.
- Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary.
Each step shows removal and replacement of parts. Follow the steps in order to remove parts, then reverse the steps to replace all parts.
Assembly Instructions

Remove / replace DOOR ASSEMBLY.

Disconnect / connect LED WIRE from battery box and LED switch.

Remove / replace WARMING RACK and CHEFS DELITE GRID/ TRAY.

Remove / replace COOKING GRATES.

Remove / replace HEAT TENT.

Remove / replace all burner HITCH PINS, CARRYOVER TUBES and BURNER BRACES. Lift back end of burner up to disengage from valve and rest on back wall of firebox.
VERY IMPORTANT: Burner tubes must reengage valve openings when replace burners.

Remove / replace SIDEBURNER GRATE

Disconnect / connect side burner and main burner ELECTRODE WIRES.
Remove / replace side burner VENTURI CLIP and WING SCREW.
Remove / replace SIDE BURNER.

Remove / replace side burner side burner KNOB, BEZEL and VALVE.

Remove / replace ELECTRONIC IGNITION MODULE

Remove / replace SCREWS and WASHERS inside firebox.
Remove / replace bottom two shelf mounting screws.
Loosen / tighten two screws as shown.
Lift shelf up and out to remove shelf. Both sides.

Remove / replace CONTROL PANEL.

Remove / replace LED WIRE HARNESS.
REVERSE THE STEPS TO ASSEMBLE THE GRILL.
NOTE: READ THE USE AND CARE GUIDE IN INSTRUCTION MANUAL PRIOR TO LIGHTING THE
GRILL.
